I've joined the server last year or two years ago because I didn't know what to do first. Now I've seeing the One Piece Original Characters of this page on Pinterest and now I'v been thinking of joining back, but I have a few questions first:

1. Do I need to do the request for the 2 Rep points? Even if I already did it when I joined back then and spend it for a Zoan Type Devil Fruit (Not there anymore)

2. Is the Faceclaim actually obligatory? Since back then and now, I've seen two characters with the same character like two Zancrow (Fairy Tail), 2 Taiju (Tokyo Revengers), etc.

3. Not sure if that's question but, do you have any advices to start the adventures/story of my character(s)?

I am going to make a role-play, am I able to use Kaidou? The goal is to stop the “Crew of Dragons” their goal is to use a complicated ritual in order to bring Kaidou back from the dead.

Soo he is Fish Fish Fruit model Azure Dragon fruit user u know one Kaidou used well Lou found it when he was runing around on Kids pirate ship after Kids Pirates captured him bc he had same goal as them yada yada yada... he wants to become one of 4 emeriours of sea replacing Kaidou(bc Kaidou died in One Piece anime thats how he managed to get fruit too) soo he started his pirate crew he named Monster Pirates

== Appearance ==

The Kakeru Kakeru no Mi appears in a sphere-like shape with alternating black and white wedges, with the white wedges sticking out more, creating a total of 8 wedges; 4 white, 3 black, and 1 red. Each black wedge and the red wedge are covered in small white circular grooves, while the white wedges are covered in larger black grooves. A gold-like cylinder goes through the center of the fruit, connecting to all the wedges. A light green stem comes from the top of the fruit to poke into the red wedge, similar to a roulette wheel.

== Etymology ==

The name, 'Kakeru' comes from the Japanese word for 'wager'.

== Abilities ==

This Devil Fruit's ability allows the user to make a bet on anything in exchange for something else, be it power, riches, or anything else, as long as the user wins. The user must recite what they are betting on and wager something via verbally or written (includes by signing a document with the statements written). Once these conditions are met, they must perform a certain gesture (Chosen by the user). The more likely the desired outcome is, the weaker the wager must be (e.g. a 1/2 chance may only grant the user 10% more physical strength for 5 minutes, while a 1/1000 may grant the user 10 times physical strength for 5 minutes). The bet does not have to be exact, either. For example, "This paper will be shredded" may be fulfilled by tearing it into multiple pieces, ripped apart, or something else that causes it to break into multiple pieces of paper. Times are based on their smallest part (e.g. "10:12 and 43 seconds" would only activate if fulfilled between 10:12 and 43 seconds and 10:12 and 44 seconds, while "10:10" will be fulfilled from 10:10 to 10:11. The user may NOT simply make up a spin or anything of the sort (e.g. "a random number from 1-100 will be chosen and hidden from me and I have to guess it correct. if I get it correct, X Y Z").

=== Cheating Death ===

Very rare to activate. May activate when on the verge of death, giving the user a temporary boost and a permanent awakening.

=== Limits ===

While the potential outcomes can be very powerful, some effects are unobtainable from this devil fruit by possible means.

* Anything affecting Sea Stone or directly having to do with sea water (Due to Devil Fruit weakness)

* Granting permanent changes (Would require a literal one in infinite chance)

* Bets with an outcome guaranteed 100% or guaranteed 0% (Not a chance-based outcome)

* Anything directly affecting a living person (Requires awakening)

=== Awakening ===

This fruit has 3 ways to awaken, which are as follows:

* Being scientifically/biologically dead (e.g. stopped heart, not breathing, no brain activity, etc. but coming back to life through natural means or the ability of one's own devil fruit (Kakeru Kakeru no Mi)

* Successfully fulfilling a gamble (using the fruit) with a low enough chance (Believed to be a successful 1/1000000000 requirement, or one in a billion)

* Every use of the ability has the chance to awaken the fruit (Believed to be about 1/1000000000000, or one in a trillion)

The awakening allows the user to use the devil fruit to manipulate living people (Part of the bet or the wager), as well as manipulate chances to an extent (Up to a 10% increase or decrease). Only affects things the bets are placed in relation to.
