Adrian is a Fish-Men and Sky Tribe hybrid and a member of the Marines. As a hybrid of two species with a typically negative relationship towards humans, Adrian has joined the Marines to represent them and act as an ambassador to improve the relationship between the races.
He is a Martial Artist who practices Fish-Man Karate, alongside utilizing his own unique Dial-Weapon, called Aquarius, which is a weapon that grants him limited control over water itself. His abilities have earned him the epithet "Tidemaster".
Adrian has been part of the Marines for several years and is currently a Captain-Rank Marine who mainly operates in Paradise.
