Alzien the Eternal Flame[1] was an agent of Cipher Pol's ninth unit, CP9[2] and a bunny mink/lunarian hybrid due to his mother's status as a Mink as well. He is one of the powerhouse members of the unit due to his incredible combat prowess and unmatched determination. He was made into one of the last members of the lunarian race from the Red Line, noted for their ability to create fire as he gained his abilities from an unknown scientist which he ended up escaping from using his newfound powers. He discovered near the end of 1584 that his mother was a hybrid mink and that he had the ability to use a unique version of the Mink Tribe's electro. He is an orphan after he was stolen from his biological parents and he ended up murdering his adoptive parents due to their exploitation of him for his race[3]. In the final months of 1584, Alzien discovered who his true family was by a letter sent to him by his estranged father.
Previous to his allegiance with the government, the lunarian hunted for a home and almost descended into piracy before his mental awakening. He ended up on the Sky Islands, looking for his best friend and ended up falling off the edge of the location and realized the truth about his life. After he awakened his mind, Alzien decided to become an ally of the government and spent years capturing, delivering, and killing pirates which led to his induction as a Cipher Pol Agent. Besides his job, he runs a church for young children who consider piracy which dissuades them using intimidation and fear tactics.
Alzien originally dedicated his life to figuring out what happened to the Lunarians, a race of people he thought he was actually from due to the memory loss he sustained from the head trauma he was faced with due to his recklessness, leading to him forgetting that he was artificially made into a member of the extinct race. After regaining his memories, Alzien gave up on this dream and decided to try and discover his family once more.
Unknown to many others, Alzien was the cause of the Evangelion Hellfire which murdered multiple innocent citizens on accident during his piracy days. This haunts the agent to this day and is one of his reasons for becoming both a priest and agent, to atone for his unfortunate sins.
Appearance[]
Physical Features[]
Alzien is a toned and well-built man who's pretty tall, standing at a whopping 218 cm tall and has standard lunarian features such as his brown skin, shoulder-length silver-white hair, and black feathered wings which he wears under his suit and enlarges them when he needs to take flight.
He has black eyes which when either angered or surprised a star-like shape appears in the center of the eye and stretches using the four pieces. As of 1585, Alzien put in red contacts which cover up his eyes and prevent anyone from seeing his stars in his eyes.
Hairstyles[]
He styled his hair sort of in a bob and has dark eyes which usually scare others around him due to the stare he gives to people he dislikes. His eyes also shift to a red color when either angered or when he uses Kenbunshoku Haki.
Three weeks after the battle on Toke, Alzien cuts his hair into a different style and wears it short with parts in certain areas and zig-zag lines that fuse with his eyebrows.
Three years later, Alzien has styled his hair in a new different style as it's grown significantly longer. He wears his hair with a star-shaped design with sideburns that all align with his new haircut. His eyelashes have grown way longer as they now take a sharper appearance than their former appearance. He wears his extra hair in three long dreadlocks, pulled through the three holes on his new priest outfit's collar.
After going missing for the majority of 1584, Alzien reappeared with longer hair and looks completely different. He's cut his hair and has got rid of his patterns made of his sideburns all over his face, now just wearing his hair in a ponytail over his shoulder or a braid in the back.
Clothing[]
He wears a standard black suit and will occasionally wear a white coat, something that he usually takes off during battle due to it getting in the way of his wings at times. His suit has holes in the back so he can spread his wings when he needs to use them, stretching them out and occasionally ripping the suit even more.
Priest[]
After the Battle on Toke, Alzien replaces his suit with a slim, black gown similar to a priest's outfit with a gold cross on top of it along his chest and gold insides. He has golden cuffs along with a pair of black pants and dark loafers. Three years after the battle, Alzien wears a similar outfit to his former one but now with significant differences. He now wears a teal and gold belt, teal cuffs, and bloodred shapes similar to raindrops.

To ring in the new year after going missing for majority of the previous year, Alzien wears a slightly tattered dark cloak over a beige sweater given to him as a gift by his newly found significant other. He wears dark pants with a pair of dark boots, being his main choice of footwear currently. He's gained wrinkles that run down the two sides of his nose.

Personality[]
Alzien is a very cold and uncaring individual, seen when he ruthlessly killed Ren[4] and then proceeded to see him as one objective completed[5], having only now Arthur and Ahemed to kill. His uncaring personality is seen after staring at the two brothers after killing their friend with a frown on his face[6], not seeing what they were angry about. He was extremely calm after the two teleported back to Toke as he decided that he would meet them there and would end Arthur's life there instead of letting the Marines do it[7]. He also didn't even make an expression at the destruction of the entire half of Vernerzia by his own power, just looking at it with no emotion whatsoever[8].
Alzien is incredibly ruthless, killing the entire group of fugitive Revolutionaries[9] and then proceeding to almost kill Ahemed with his abilities[10]. His ruthlessness is also why people fear him as when using his flame missile, he had multiple Revolutionaries running from him in fear not because of the technique, but his gaze[11]. With no sense of remorse, he murdered multiple innocent Vikings to reach Ahemed showing his disregard for others and his extreme determination[12]. The immense fear that he emits is enough to even make the most determined warriors do things unlike them[13].
He is a believer of fate and sin, believing that it's his fate to kill Sparrow D. Arthur due to his sins and numerous attempts to destroy the Government[14]. He believes Arthur to be a sinner and feels that he has to eradicate him to stop him from sinning any further. He views his flames as "holy", seeing them as the fire to banish sinners to the eternal hellflame prison, or Hell[15].
Alzien does have a twisted version of caring, seen when he listed Arthur's defeat of the Pseudo-Cipher Pol as one of the Revolutionaries' sins[16]. He also goes out of his way to highlight the sins of Arthur with a sense of care such as when speaking murder of an unnamed vice-admiral, the murder of a town due to not paying Arthur's ransom, and the recruiting of his own younger brother to bring him into his Revolutionary world and making him into a "sinner" as well as his brother[17]. After learning of the disbanding and execution of everyone of the Pseudo-Cipher Pol, he showed surprise and slight sadness which is completely unlike him[18].
He enjoys teaching children and persuading them to become figures of justice, his entire intention when opening his church. After his disappearance and reappearance, Alzien has become way more relaxed and humane, now having a girlfriend and even took in her young son as the two live together despite his occupation as a World Government agent.

Adoptive Mother[]
Alzien and his adoptive mother were not close whatsoever as she would constantly demolish his mental state and would call his adoptive father to nearly suffocate the young child to death. She would scowl and spit on him occasionally with a devious grin on her face as she knew the fear and pain in the boy's heart was too immense for him to ever fight back.
She would exploit Alzien, making him do tricks, prove her dominance over him by beating him as her friends watched and he sat and endured the beatings as he knew if he didn't, he would be beaten even worse by his father. She would use his lunarian heritage as a way to sell him off to older men for money as he would be forced to do unimaginable things with the buyers, causing him to hold an immense hatred towards his mother.
Eventually, Alzien would kill her along with his adoptive father in secret and proceeded to manipulate the authorities into believing that the two ended up killing each other after an argument and he got caught in the crossfire.
Adoptive Father[]
Alzien's father was one of the ultimate fears the agent had during his younger days, as whenever he rejected his mother's proposals for money or stood up against her abuse, he would be repeatedly stomped, punched, slammed, and nearly killed after one fateful altercation.
Eventually, Alzien got tired and murdered his adopted father in cold blood along with his mother.
Starline Pirates[]
The Starline Pirates were Alzien's crew before becoming a World Government-affiliate. After his betrayal, the crew ambushed him but were all killed in cold blood as their attempt to get revenge fell through.
World Government[]
Alzien has immense respect for the World Government and what they stand for, working for them with no sort of objection.
Pseudo-Cipher Pol[]
After learning of Pseudo-Cipher Pol's defeat and failed mission at the hands of Arthur and Ahemed, Alzien made sure to get revenge for them as he killed the entirety of the escapees besides Arthur and Ahemed[19]. He saw the group as children who wanted to gain approval[20] and showed slight emotion after finding out about their execution.

Alzien was beaten by Marines after waking up from his fall from the Sky Islands, and it can be presumed that he dislikes them[21].

Arthur and Alzien hated each other as Alzien felt it was his destiny to destroy Arthur to clear his own personal sin[22]. This goal was almost achieved but Arthur ended up surviving and joining the Supernatural Pirates.
This obsession went so far to the point where he referred to the Revolutionary as a sinner instead of his actual name. He had some sort of respect for Arthur and felt that he fought to the very end and commended him near the end of his life. Despite the respect and props given to the Revolutionary, Alzien still finds him to be a stain on the world and the sea in general.

Alzien doesn't see Ahemed as that much of a sinner as he does his older brother, instead pitying the boy for having loyalty to his family. Alzien was willing to kill Ahemed but acknowledged his skill and strength and saw him as honorable.
Jaydi[]
Jaydi is Alzien's girlfriend and who he considers to be the love of his life. The two have bonded tremendously with her accepting his career in the Government and stays with him despite him opening up to her about all the shameful things he's done in the past. The two have an extremely close bond, with Alzien being willing to stay with her despite her having a child and bonds with her young son despite not having much interest in children.

Overview[]
Having a Doriki level of over 1,900, Alzien is incredibly powerful with just his pure strength alone. His incredible power was highlighted after it was stated that out of all of his fellow agents, he was the only one to complete his mission. His incredible strength is further shown after his attack on the escaped Revolutionaries and the fact that he was able to kill Ren who was able to possibly hold his own with Arthur with ease is a feat in itself along with his easy disposal of both the two brothers, Arthur and Ahemed.
His flame manipulation and swordsmanship are so impressive to the point where he was able to dispatch the entire group of escaped Revolutionaries by just using these two skills. He was able to reduce an entire half of an island to flames with just his natural abilities and power. He killed Arthur with just his flame abilities and his power and sheer intimidation scared Torsten so much to the point where he only could say words instead of attacking to defend his friends.
He has incredible speed and durability and has enough flight speed to the point where he can easily catch opponents off guard and his durability has been shown during the Battle on Toke when he took a minor beating from Ahemed before gaining the upper hand.
His incredible flames as only a teenager caused the Evangelion Hellfire, a fire that lasted for 3 days before it finally went out. By the time it was over, everything was turned to dust as there was no culprit in sight. The entire population of Evangelion were killed and were unrecognizable due to the severity to which they were burned.
Three years after the events of Phantom Fever, Alzien was inducted into CP9 which is one of the strongest units in the entirety of the Cipher Pol organization.
Physical Prowess[]
Even at a young age, his strength was so immense as he was able to murder both of his adoptive parents who were significantly stronger than him as he just sat and watched as they choked on their own blood.
Alzien has incredible fighting abilities by mixing both his lunarian flames, hand-to-hand combat, and his Busoshoku Haki. His fighting style combines intelligence and speed along with his incredible swordsmanship. He's created his own fighting style with all of the things he's good at and has advanced his power to far higher levels compared to many of his foes and peers.
Strength[]
On his own, Alzien is incredibly powerful as he was able to snap someone's neck with utter and complete ease before continuing on with his rampage. His strength was enough to beat and kill his entire former crew without even using his lunarian abilities and only his bare hands.
Speed and Agility[]
Alzien is incredibly fast, having the art of surprise on his side at all times just because of the incredible speed his possesses. He was able to ambush an entire group of hardened escaped Revolutionary prisoners, dodging an extremely hot and fast laser from Arthur's Devil Fruit ability, predict and react to Ahemed's sneak attack, and dispatch Arthur so fast that his own mind couldn't even comprehend it until seconds later.
His flight speed assists in many speed contests as he was able to reach the Village of Toke in only a couple of hours, reaching the only surviving escaped prisoners and dispatching them after a short battle.
Durability and Endurance[]
Alzien has an incredibly resilient body, seen after he took a scorching hot attack from Arthur's ability with just minimal wounds and proceeded to win the fight. Without any sort of break or stopping period, he was able to dispatch multiple escaped prisoners.

As a lunarian, Alzien holds the natural ability to "ignite"(発火 hakka) his body at any point, allowing him to manipulate and create fire at his will. He can make weapons, fuse it with his Haki, and with his hand-to-hand skills. This gained him his epithet on the sea as "Eternal Flame" as when he burns someone, the flames almost never go out. It is unknown if his flames cause any weaknesses or negative repercussions. When using his flames, he made them into an art and dubs them the Lunar Flames, honing the natural ability as a fighting style.
As listed above, Alzien can mix his fire with any type of attack and actually manifests it into a sword at times to fight opponents. He can fire bullets, conjure tigers made of flames, make sickle like projectiles out of fire, and burn an entire half of an island to hell with just his flames. His fire is so potent and powerful to the point where he's able to take entire chunks out of people using his flame tiger.
His flames were mastered by him and his mentor when he discovered that he could truly use the power of fire. The man who witnessed him use the ability for the first time took him in and helped him try and master the ability as a way to not hurt anyone. Sadly this man wouldn't be able to do enough as when Alzien's mental state was pushed to the limit, he destroyed the entire city of Alexandria and killed innocent citizens. This caused him to dislike his powers immensely, only using them when needed for combat.

Lunar Flames[]
The Lunar Flames was developed by Alzien as a teenager, being used as his main fighting style with the main focus on his ignition ability.
- Tengoku no Jigoku no Honō(天国の地獄の炎 Tengoku no Jigoku no Honō, literally meaning "Heaven Hell Fire"): A powerful attack where Alzien sends laser-like flame beams from the sky that are capable of impaling multiple people at one time and is extremely lethal. This attack actually keeps the victim alive although very briefly before they drop dead from the injuries they have sustained.
- Jun Wakusei Herufaia(準惑星ヘルファイア Jun Wakusei Herufaia, literally meaning "Dwarf Planet Hellfire"): An attack where Alzien creates a fireball with incredible heat that is a powerful attack which can give opponents extreme burns and can kill them with incredible heat.
Sen no Akuma no Jigoku no Shi.
- Sen no Akuma no Jigoku no Shi(千 の あくま の 地獄 の し Sen no Akuma no Jigoku no Shi, literally meaning "Hell of a Thousand Dark Shadows"): One of Alzien's ultimate techniques where he uses his flames to create a tiger with teeth made of extremely potent flames that can bite through even a Logia user's body. This technique is so strong and unpredictable, seeing as Ahemed didn't even see the bite mark on Arthur after he was fatally wounded by it.
- Rapture: Alzien's technique Rapture is used as a rush technique, being utilized to quickly and ruthlessly go after a target. It takes the appearance of multiple flame spikes which are so unexpected that they don't register in your body until they eventually hit you.

The Dark Electro is a ability developed by Alzien after discovering that he had a newfound ability to channel electricity through his body which he learned to be the Mink Tribe's famed Electro. He dedicated the year of 1584 to finding out how he gained this ability and this was the reason he disappeared for almost an entire year.
After receiving his father's letter, he discovered that his mother was a bunny Mink hybrid and that was the reason why he gained the ability. His father gave him no explanation on why he awakened it so late, only stating that his potential assisted his growth and abilities. After traveling to Zou, he met Jaydi who was another hybrid mink with the ability to use Electro. Alzien discovered that his lightning turned out to be unique as no other mink has ever possessed black lightning.
Jaydi and Alzien decided to leave Zou and began a relationship throughout the end of 1584 with the lunarian learning how to master his abilities. He dubs his ability as the Lunar Lightning as him and Jaydi have come to the conclusion that he gained this color of Electro due to his other species status, something that hasn't been proven but is one of the only reasonable explanations for the color.
Techniques[]
- Nagpanter( ナイトパンサー Naitopansā, literally meaning "Night Panther"): A technique that employs the usage of Naglig's dark Electro, covering Alzien while he's in his full transformation. He leaps at the opponent with the electric jaws wide open, not aiming to maul them but to strike them with the loose strikes of lightning, stunning them and allowing him to then maul them while they have no sense of what's going on.
- Middernag Panter(ミドナグパンター Midonagupantā, literally meaning "Midnight Panther"): Alzien creates a afterimage covered in Naglig's dark Electro with the intention of fully mauling the opponent. The sharp and burning pain felt when bitten by the jaws of the dark electricity fueled Alzien's full transformation is so immense to the point where it could easily mutilate anywhere it makes contact with.
Lunarian Sword Style[]
The Lunarian Sword Style was developed by Alzien in 1582, expanding on the use of the flame sword. This style of swordsmanship utilizes a real blade, being used to infuse scorching hot flames that can be harnessed to be even deadlier if compressed and controlled.
Currently, Alzien has learned how to advance this fighting style to the point where he no longer needs to conjure the flame sword and uses a real katana.
Rokushiki[]
As a CP9 agent, Alzien has the ability to use the martial art Rokushiki. He is an incredible Geppo user, having such incredible mastery over it due to the training he endured with his leader, Fae Skia. He holds his abilities in high standard and believes himself to be the best Geppo user in Cipher Pol history.
Geppo[]
As stated above, Alzien has extreme mastery over Geppo. He learned how to perfect the art in 1584 after being taught it in the same year due to his induction as an agent in Cipher Pol 9. He usually uses the technique when not using his flight, being used as a last ditch resort for escape or a way to explosively attack his opponent. He occasionally mixes Geppo and Soru, using them as one of the deadliest combinations for both speed and unpredictability.
Techniques[]
- Geppo Herupurōjon: A technique used by Alzien where he mixes both Soru and Geppo and jumps into the air boosting around, being hardly visible. He then pushes off of the air multiple times while igniting his feet, causing huge destruction and explosions of flames while escaping an opponent. This can also be used at close range where Alzien does a flip, tilting and igniting his feet once more and unveiling a huge burst of fire into the opponents face before jumping out of sight.
- Robo: A technique used mixing both Soru and Geppo once more where Alzien jumps at the opponent as a ploy, then disappears out of sight using Soru. As he's frazzled the opponent, he then comes boosting down with a powerful kick infused with Busoshoku Haki. This technique holds enough power to knock an opponent senseless and can even cause severe head trauma if the victim is hit hard enough.
- Kamisori: The user combines Geppo and Soru combining the principles of both techniques to increase speed and maneuverability; Geppo presses off of the air while Soru kicks off the ground ten times in an instant. The user essentially jumps off of the air ten times in a second in order to drastically increase the speed of their Geppo. The user generally moves in a zig-zag motion when using this technique.

Alzien is a highly-skilled user of Busoshoku Haki and he knows how to multiply his attacks with the art with his flames.
Flame Infusion[]
He burns his arm in flames before covering it with his Haki, making the arm's feeling when hit by it sort of like getting smacked by a hot stove, being able to cause severe burns and wounds with just a single punch. This does have a slight weakness, as it eats away at Alzien's arm which causes extreme pain and can only be healed by the best of doctors. Another flame infusion technique is his flame wheel that he wraps around his arm to whip at opponents while punching them, used for heavy and swift attacks.
Kenbunshoku Haki[]
Alzien possesses the ability to use Kenbunshoku Haki.
Devil Fruit[]

Alzien in his Human-Beast Panther form.
Alzien ate the Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Black Panther at an unknown time between 1582-1583, a Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows him to turn into a full black panther or hybrid black panther.
This fruit is favored by Alzien due to it being physically incredible, being compatible with both his lunarian flames and his Dark Electro ability, and is easy to use with Rokushiki. The fruit is immensely powerful when using different Rokushiki techniques, being phenomenal when mixed with Kami-E, Tekkai, and Soru.
Alzien is able to use his Dark Electro with his fruit. His jaw strength is increased when inside of his hybrid form and allows him to use his Lunarian wings to surprise and maul opponents before they can even comprehend his assault.
