Andre Richards is a pirate and former captain of the Bruiser Pirates. He gained notoriety after sailing a few years for his merciless ways and unreal strength, until his crew was slaughtered by Umori Kenshiro during their attempt to conquer Punk Hazard in the year 1578. Richards, impressed by Kenshiro’s power, opted to swear loyalty to the Reaper Pirates instead of challenging the Scourge, and formerly occupied one of the positions of “Bishop” within the crew, a statement to his battle prowess.
However, after challenging and defeating Genki for his position, he was promoted to the rank of “Cardinal”, the highest rank attainable within the crew, right under the captain himself. [1]
