"The Answer[1]"Aries Arthur Arturo, often shortened to just Aries A. Arturo or just nicknamed Ro is the captain of the Bolt Pirates who also doubles as the Red Liberation Army's Sixth Division Captain and member of the Super Six Captains who has incorporated many of the members into his own crew. Arturo is a former member of the Aries Family that served as a non-World Government affiliated family who ruled over the island of Jikanjo before it's destruction due to one of his father's workers making up a story about the man and the other residents of Jikanjo being responsible for a chain of attacks on Marine officers. After his family members were all pronounced dead, Arturo was found by Scorpio Servian who would later become the boy's mentor. He went through many name changes over the years to hide his identity but eventually settled on his current name after his master's death.
Born as a young man to a family who opposed the World Government's rule, Arturo grew as a child who understood the corruption and misdeeds done by the Gorosei and the Government overall. Instead of being encouraged to become a man who fights for justice, the boy was encouraged to fight for anything he thought was right and this stuck with Arturo all the way up to his current young adult years. After his family's annihilation at the hands of the Government and Marines, Arturo swore vengeance on the World and became a RLA soldier.
Throughout his years, he grew up as a fighter. Him and his mentor stormed Marine Bases, took out entire towns filled with bigots and people who didn't believe in change, and even stole the highly-valued Boru Boru no Mi. He achieved a lot during these years, becoming a disciplined and relaxed person while still being a radical when it came to destroying the Government. Instead of staying a full Revolutionary, Arturo decided to start his own crew after Servian's death in hopes of giving his mentor infinite entertainment while he rested in the afterlife.
Due to both his actions and status as both a Pirate Captain and one of the Super Six Captains, Arturo has amassed a pretty large bounty for himself as of 1585. His first bounty was given to him after he publicly burned both a World Government and Marine flag in multiple citizen's faces. After this event, he took no breaks and stormed one of the Marine Bases near the Grand Line and stole the Boru Boru no Mi. He then fled to the New World with his division and met up with the rest of the army. After this entire chain of events spanning from 1584 to now, his bounty stood at a whopping 
100,000,000. After he defeated Alzien who is a Cipher Pol agent and protected Arthur, who is a known criminal, destroyed a huge chunk of Ariani's terrain, caused heavy panic within the sea due to his battle with Alzien on Toke, and his evasion of capture from the agent, his bounty was boosted to a total of 155,000,000[2]. After he massacred almost an entire ship filled with Marines and defeated Nandun C. Roarius, Arturo's bounty was boosted once more and now stands at 215,225,000[3].

Physical Features[]
Cocky and cool are the first evaluations of Arturo, being labeled a confident teenager. He is slim but has a toned build for his age and sports average height, being specifically 5 foot 9 inches or 179 centimeters.
He has chocolate brown skin and curly black hair. He wears his hair unlike anybody else on the sea, having it twisted by his hair stylist who he takes on the sea with him. He usually styles his hair in two strand twist dreadlocks, two long twists to the front of his hair with a bun, or just normal dreadlocks. He wears golden accessories in his hair occasionally, often appearing with a gold cuff on one or both of his twists to the front. He also has a barber who shaves his hair on the sides and back with a lighting bolt design on the side.
Besides this, he has a little bit of acne that can be seen on his forehead when you get close enough. Another accessory of his are his black diamond earrings that he wears, being his favorite color. He has brown eyes and black eyebrows.
Clothing[]
Arturo has many different clothing items and has a habit of usually changing into nice and stylish clothing. His style is unlike anybody on the sea as he incorporates accessories into his clothes. He doubles as a fashion designer when not doing his captain duties, enjoying making clothing using his first-mate's Devil Fruit ability.
His current outfit's upper body pieces consist of a black jacket with a golden inside. This jacket has a hood that is a mix of a cap and a hood, being used for cover from weather at times. His jacket has a dark colored lightning bolt symbol on the back of it, being his main insignia for his crew. He has a black undershirt that he wears under his jacket with a golden lightning bolt symbol with black gloves with dark cuffs that go over his sleeves.
His lower body clothing items consist of dark pants with golden stripes on the side of them with a black belt which has a golden buckle on the front. His pants have golden designs on the ankle area that circle around that part of the pants. His footwear consists of black shoes with golden bottoms and soles that have a unique purpose for gripping on the certain material when needed.

- Originally, Arturo was going to have a Mythical Zoan fruit revolving around lightning but this was later changed due to the author having bigger plans for the Boru Boru no Mi.
- To introduce him, the author started a solo roleplay to set his reputation down before placing him in public roleplay which will occur very soon.
