Personality[]
Arturo is a very fun-loving yet chill person, enjoying the simple things when it comes to life. He enjoys cracking jokes, being a smart-ass, or acting as a clown to watch people laugh at him. His fun presence makes him enjoyable to be around when he isn't acting an ass which is pretty often unfortunately. He is known for his smart mouth and disrespect to authority that he doesn't respect, seeing anyone other than a man he respects as a piece to his story.
Despite appearing super extroverted, Arturo happens to be very much of an introvert who really doesn't enjoy flamboyant celebrations or even parties for victories. He prefers to stay in his own area, enjoying doing his own thing because he just finds it more ideal than forcing himself to interact with people he really doesn't want to be bothered with.
When it comes to his crew-mates or soldiers, he treats them as normal human beings and will give the occasionally greeting and a short-spanning conversation to them, then leaving to do his own thing. He feels very uncomfortable when talking to people due to the fact that he has a innate ability to see through people, being able to discern people's true or false statements with relative ease.
Arturo is pretty cocky when it comes to battle, holding himself in high regard due to his confidence in his fighting ability. He sees himself as the man who can't be caught by any means and often refers to himself as "Him", a statement that signalizes someone's belief that they are unstoppable and rule over everything. He enjoys battles against strong opponents and dreams of fighting one of the Yonko or even an Admiral of the Marines, just to test the waters as he would say.
He enjoys stylish yet comfortable clothing, often being called the "Sauce God" due to his collection of expensive and lavish clothing. He enjoys buying clothes because he sees them as a way to express exactly who he is without being too overbearing.
Arturo admires strong men, seeing people like the three Admirals and Yagami Valor to be the two people he wants to fight the most....and win of course. They are one of his main motivations as he trains to get strong enough to one day find Valor and put him in his place. He also has a dream of becoming one of the four Yonko, seeing it as the ultimate achievement on a long journey.
He emanates swagger, fighting with a smirk or cool aura that just rolls off of him as his presence. He is known for his swagger, being nicknamed "Swaggy Ro" due to the way he carries himself.

Arthur is Arturo's Vice-Captain and his closest friend, being his second most loyal comrade. The two have a very close bond due to their similarities and after their battle with Alzien, they show a mutual worry for each other. Arturo trusts Arthur enough to break down in front of him, feeling a sense of security when with his close friend.
Wu[]
Wu is one of Arturo's closest friends and he has enough trust in him to not be worried when his comrade is struck by Roarius' Gale Winds fighting style.
