"Sky Fisher" Belion Varo is Solo rookie-Pirate currently sailing around the World in search of a purpose worth living for. He was a former member of the elite Skypiea police force known as God's Guards before abandoning the group and setting his sight on the Blue Sea after growing bored of the lack of excitement in his life.

Varo is a very calm and level-headed man, one who always maintains a sense of aloofness and someone who never unnecessarily reveals emotions no matter the situation at hand. He generally chooses to seclude himself away from others and contemplate on anything of interest or analyze those around him while formulating plans and strategies on how to defeat or subdue them if the need arises. He is a man dislike being indebted to anyone and strives to pay them back as soon as possible usually within the following few days and usually goes out of his way to avoid having to become indebted to anyone.
He is very apathetic to the suffering of others often dismantling his oponents in harroring ways usually torturing them in slow and agonizing ways to prolong their deaths.
