Belvedere Chardonnay, also known by her alias of Haigan, was one Vice Admiral[1] of the Marines and the commander of the G-11 Marine Base. She consumed the Gaba Gaba no Mi, a Devil Fruit that grants its user dominion over alcohol, turning her into an Alcohol Human (酒人間 Sake Ningen?). Due to her signature fighting style and reputation, Chardonnay has been dubbed the Azure Dragon.
Since her death, her fruit has returned to circulation and has been eaten by Desmond Citron.
