Caradonna Cibil is a wandering Fortune Teller from Capsa, forced to wander the surface after having been banished from her home for an unknown crime after surfacing on an island in Paradise. Now making her living as a fortune teller, Cibil hopes to one day get back home as well as explore all that the surface has to offer, in hopes that with her knowledge she may be able to help the society she was casted out from.
After the events of Gates of Hell, she joins the Bell Pirates.

Cards: The tools she needs for her work, Cibil often carries a deck of both tarot cards and playing cards, using the latter as the other if need be. Her tarot cards over the course of her journey had slowly come to represent the many faces she had crossed, using the cards as a way to both tell the future and remember the past.
