Donquixote Samhain is an Underworld Broker currently working as the Executive of Operations for the Wung Family. He was a former World Noble, who used his riches to invest in various underworld organizations, and later, with his power, status and wealth, united these organizations under his command. He used his knowledge of the Celestial Dragon's dealings in order to grow his own operation quickly.
He left his homeland and traveled to sea in order to personally oversee his business, even going as far as directly aiding the Revolutionaries with knowledge and weapons. His operations were eventually brought down by inner strife, and he was captured by CP-0. On his way back to Mariejois to undergo punishment, the ship carrying him was intercepted by the Reaper Pirates, who offered him freedom in exchange for his services.
