The Dream Line is an alternate dimension parallel to the Grand Line and tangent to Saoghal Fosgailte. It is said to store the collectible thoughts and events of the real world in a non-physical representation of them. This plane is said to only be accessed in an alterated consciousness state, such as sleeping or meditating, thus its name.

At first, the Dream Line looks like a completely black room filled with shining dots from up to bottom. However, as one find themselves sitting on a boat, the supposedly dark floor ripples like water, revealing the line that divides the transparent ocean from the dark, starry sky. The shining dots below them, which could be mistaken for the reflection of the stars, swim vividly, becoming more fish-like the closer one looks at them. There are no other creatures around apart from the fishes, except another luminiscent creature ressembling a human child that guides the visitor and rows the boat that they are standing on.

Saoghal Fosgailte is a dimension tangent to the Dream Line. One can be seen from the other; the two, however, exist separately, one not being accessible through the other.
