"Azure Howl" Fenfrit is a wolf who was formerly a part of World Government experimentation on lineage factors. In a bid to create super-powered animals under the Marines' control, they infused DNA of an Ifrit into Fenfrit, thus giving him his name. After being rescued by Beowulf, the pair have struck down several World Government stations in a bid to expose the World Government's corruption.
Although unable to talk, Fenfrit's rage is evident through his flaming eyes and mouth. Despite this, Beowulf prevents the innocent wolf from killing in his rage, taking the burden away from him so he may one day live life comfortably. After spending several years of solo piracy with Beowulf, he has joined the Hound Pirates and found camaraderie in individuals with a similar species.
Due to his involvement with Beowulf, and his existence exposing the World Government's misdeeds, Fenfrit holds a bounty of 
280,000,000.
