Goodbye, Friends![]

The sun shined bright over the island of Amazon Lily. It had been about midday and because of the time of year, the island had been in its "Summer" phase. Many women gathered at a secret port of the island and kept it that way due to the events that occurred sometime before. With the World Government taking control over Rusukaina and by extension Amazon Lily, the people of the Kuja had been forced to make some of the areas secret incase fleeing needed to be an option.

This occasion that called many of the Kuja Tribe folk had been significant in the case of the cause. It had been the last day they'd see one of their companions and they had been preparing to see her off. Despite losing one of their kin, each of the people around had smiling faces. They all surrounded a single petite dark-skinned girl, draped in a pair of jean shorts and a white shirt with the Kuja emblem on it. Her hair was long and black, but the left side had been braided individually into one large braid that sat over her right shoulder. One-by-one they walked up to give her a hug, leaving her blushing from all the attention she'd been receiving.

From behind the large crowd of women, a dark-skinned woman just like the small girl emerged from between the people. Around her neck laid a small purple snake, which squeezed its head between her magnificent bust. Long black hair stretching down her back, she held a snake-staff in her hand as she finally spoke.

"Step aside," She began, tapping her staff against the ground. "Do not smother the little lady."

Upon her orders, each of the Kuja stepped back whilst also clearing a path for the woman to walk through. All eyes were on the appearing woman, each in different ways. Some filled with lust, thinking thoughts that only a dirty man would. While others looked to her with envy and admiration.

Releasing the staff she allowed it to fall to the ground before unleashing a burst of speed opening her arms to grab the young girl. "Ohhhh, Lil Mea Mea!" She screamed, grabbing the girl into her arms and squeezed her as tight as she could. From her back eight serpentine heads sprouted and they, each bore a differential expression of her face.

"Wait, Milady! You're doing exactly what you told us not to do!" Each of the women around shouted together almost as though they were scolding her.

Continuing her squeezing and hugging, the woman known as "Dusa" responded to the people, "I know, I know. I wanted my hug all to myself! I'm sorry you all!" The eight heads that sprouted from her back also closed in to add onto the smother, hugging the girl as best they could.

"Alright, Dusa." A voice within the crowd stated, stepping out to reveal itself as yet another dark-skinned woman, though this one had been a bit lighter and on the tanned side. She had long blonde hair with a pipe hanging out of her mouth. "Let her go before I kill all eight of you. I will not allow you to dirty Meagan any further before she sets off."

The eight dragon heads disappeared as Dusa stepped away from Meagan. Turning to pick up her staff, Dusa poked her lips out at the woman who'd just appeared. "Gah, you make me and my Yamata no Orochi angry. One day, I'll kill you Tina. The only reason I have allowed you to come here today is because of the debt I owe your late Captain."

"Right, like I was gonna' need your permission to come here. I was gonna' be able to come even if you hadn't allowed me." Tina nodded her head and grabbed the pipe from her mouth with her left hand and placed her right hand on her jacket. "But yes, Captain Amaka was the one who bestowed you with the power, so you will owe her forever."

Meagan shook frantically, "Mother Dusa! Momma Tina, please don't fight!" The girl begged, holding her hands in front of herself shaking. "Can you two at least get along until I leave?"

"As you wish, Lil Mea Mea.." Dusa agreed without arguing, "It is your day after all."

Laughing, Tina stepped all the way to Meagan's side with her right hand out. "Listen, Meagan... Everything is just beginning and while I don't agree with the initial decision Dusa made, there is no one who would be a better fit for the fruit. It will not be an easy journey, because if it were, it woulda' been found by now."

"Sadly, I have to agree with the sicko here, it won't be an easy journey." Dusa chimed in, agreeing with Tina for probably the first time in her life.

Reaching for Meagan's hand, Tina forcefully opened it. Re-placing her pipe back into her mouth, Tina dropped a diamond-like object into Meagan's palm. "After all my evaluations and work, I've finally created the perfect suit for you. Until you reach Aokigahara, it'll lend you a hand in battle boosting your physical attributes and fighting style in different ways."

Eyebrow lifting and nose rufflings, Dusa slammed her staff into the ground causing the women around to gasp. "ABSOLUTELY NOT! Mea Mea will NOT wear your sicko beliefs on her body, I will not allow it!"

"You call it 'sicko beliefs', we call it science. It's what I do, I'm a scientist after all." Sighing she continued on, "Anyway, ignoring this bitch, I call it the "Miss Amazing" suit. It'll work with your fighting style and increase your physical prowess beyond normal. Something within the suit also has something that'll help defend against other devil fruit users you might come acro-"

Tina's words were cut in half due to the ground shaking as though an earthquake had been occurring. However, had the people looked up they noticed they were footsteps that belonged to the giant of the Kuja Tribe; Talia. "Please, hurry!" Talia shouted, panting short on breath due to her running. "People are on their way here!"

"Thank you Talia!" Dusa shouted, quickly turning to Meagan. Approaching her, a small blue snake slithered from underneath her hair and slithered onto Meagan's arm. "You couldn't leave Naga behind, now could you? Now go, Meagan! We will hold them off until you're in the clear. The map to and of Aokigahara is already on your ship! This is the start of your journey, just don't forget about us!"

Hair lifting, one of the eight dragon heads grew from her back once again lifting Meagan off of the ground and placing her on the boat. "But wait," Meagan shouted from the deck of the small boat. "But I didn't even get to thank you two! I love you moms!"

"Yeah, thank me by using that suit, girl!" Tina yelled back, turning to flee from the rest of the people as Meagan's ship sailed off into the horizon.

As the teen looked to her family, tears fell down the side of her face gathering at her chin and fell onto the wood of the ship. "I PROMISE!" She shouted back to Tina. "I PROMISE TO GET THE LAND OF AMAZON LILY BACK!"

Sea is Odd[]

Meagan's ship sailed on the sea for more than two weeks where she'd went past quite a few territories without any harm. Had it been luck or the fact she'd been utilizing the Kuja's emblem as the symbol of her ship? Either way, she had been grateful for safe travels and today had been just like any other day she'd been traveling, well for now at least.

In the small restroom of the ship, Meagan had been going through what most people referred to as a "morning routine". She brushed her teeth, washed her face, and even fixed her hair as though she had been going to meet someone at this very moment, but this was not the case. Some girls just liked to be well fitted and pretty for no reason and Meagan was no exception to this.

On the sink of the restroom sat Naga, Meagan's snake partner and longtime friend. The two had a bond like no other on Amazon Lily to the point that Meagan could literally speak with her animal companion. Some saw this ability as a curse, while others saw it as a blessing, but not once did anyone think to ask the young girl, "how do you see it?".

"Mea Mea!" Naga exclaimed, hopping around the counter with excitement. "Last night while you were asleep, I look outside and saw we had passed Wano!" Continuing to jump around, Naga had been as happy as ever.

Reaching, Meagan lifting Naga from the counter and smiled but also burrowed her eyebrows. "Thanks a lot, Naga, but you should be getting some sleep too! You don't have to stay up to try and ensure our progression. Your rest is just as valuable as mine!" Bringing the small snake to her face, Meagan squeezed and cuddled him. "Plus, you-"

Meagan had been cut off from speaking after hearing a loud, BOOM, which had been followed by her ship being shaken. Looking eye to eye, both Naga and Meagan shook their heads. Bursting through the door of the restroom while Naga slithered its way onto Meagan's arm, the girl stood firmly on the deck of the small ship.

Upon appearing, there had already been someone standing on her ship as well. He dressed in a white Marine coat and a lipstauche. "Yes, it seems this adversary of ours has revealed herself." The Marine stated, legs stuck together, and arms folded behind his back.

Confused, the Kuja dropped her hands to her side. "Why'd you attack my ship?" She asked, swinging her braid over her shoulder. "I am no Pirate, obviously, so you must have reasons for launching a cannon at me."

"I'm sorry little lady!" The Marine claimed, bowing slightly. "How rude of a man of prestige such as myself." Lifting his upper body, the Marine straightened his tie. "My name is Captain Crabbe Harold, I have been assigned with your capturing and returning to the island of Amazon Lily by my superiors."

Reaching into her pocket discretely, Meagan began to ruffle in it as though she had been reaching to grab something from it. Meagan knew good and damn well why she'd been attacked and pursued, but acting oblivious would be safer for the moment until she could pull it out. Eye shifting up, she grabbed the precise time of day as well as her surroundings before lifting her wrist to look at her ridiculous Log Pose.

Breathing softly, Meagan kept her composure as a way to ensure Harold each word following this moment had been the truth. "I'm sorry, Captain Crabbe, sir. I am not originally of Kuja decent, I had only been visiting and have only recently been able to leave, heading to my home of Watarashima." At the end of each sentence, the deceptive teen fluttered her eyelids in attempts to sway Harold.

Stepping back, sweat formed on the man's face. "What is this?!" He thought to himself, "Why is she batting her eyes at me like that? This is preposterous! With a look that innocent, there's no way she could be apa-" Slapping his face with both of his hands, Harold closed his eyes tightly.

"Your cute, innocent, pure look will not sway a man of such prestige such as myself!" Harold lifted his hand over his point directly at the sky with his fingers. "Men! Fire another!" He shouted, signaling the Marine vessel not too far off to send yet another cannon crashing into the ship, nearly breaking through the side frame of the ship.

Pulling her hand from her pocket, Meagan held a gem in her palm and looked at it whilst trying to keep her balance on the shaking ship. "AAAAAAAAHHHH!" Naga shouted, despite him being strapped around Meagan's neck so him falling had been virtually impossible.

Placing the gem against the upper portions of her chest, Meagan pressed against the button and the wind gathered at the entered of the gem. The gem spat out a cloud of white smoke which covered Meagan's entire being from Harold's view. In the cloud of smoke, a swinging leg kicked through it and cleared it all in one motion.

Meagan stood on one foot while her other one had been bent and stationed in the air, using the planted one as a means for holding her balance. Lowering her leg, he fingers remained pressed against the gem though now, her attire had almost completely changed. Over her white top, a silver chest piece laid as well as a silver plating of leg protection. From her back flowed a short green hoodie-cape that lifted in the wind. Her legs had sleeves on them as well and a skull on her knees acting as kneepads. To put it short, Meagan currently had the appearance of a young knight! This was the illustrious suit created by Tina: Miss Amazing.

"Good, good, just as I thought!" Harold shouted, holding his hand in the air signaling his vessel to fire off yet another cannon. "I now have probable cause to arrest you, simply cause I am a man of prestige."

As the cannonball travel from the Marine vessel to Meagan's own ship, the girl leaped into the air and essentially walk on it. This was through the use of her Gentle Step, a technique she'd developed herself while training on Amazon Lily. Meeting the cannonball in mid-air, Meagan stood before it and lifted her leg over it. Her kneepads spat out custom wind currents and began to gather around it. Barrel rolling in mid-air, Meagan kicked the cannonball away with the wind surrounding her foot.

As it crashed into the sea and explosion occurred causing unnatural waves to riot the sea shaking both vessels. Landing back to the ship's deck on one leg, Meagan left the other in the air so that she could swing her foot and create a gust of wind which blew at Harold as a "warning shot".

A stern look on her face, Meagan pierced into the soul of Harold. "Leave now and I won't have to beat you up." She stated, before instantly slipping into her thoughts right after. "Oh, my, Shiguma! This suit is so cool!! It releases forces of wind, which amplifies my strikes. It's so much easier than "reving" up the wind around when I can just use this to automatically create it!!"

Planting his left foot behind his body to maintain a firm stance, Harold's eyes widened. "Wait, that technique to walk on the air, it was like Geppo utilized by the great Marines, such as myself. But more importantly," Harold cleared his throat and coughed into his hand. "THAT SUIT WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIT, THAT TECHNIQUE TOO! YOU'RE MISS AMAZING! THE SUPERHERO FROM THE COMIC!"

Harold just couldn't seem to hold his excitement and despite his old age, he seemed quite happy to have been reliving something in his past. "Miss Amazing, I remember it like it was yesterday! It was written by Gambi Vincenzo and despite that man being a Pirate, the comic was nothing short of prestigious!"

Head turning, Meagan looked to Naga who'd been even more confused that the Kuja was. "What's he talking about, Naga?" Meagan whispered to her snake companion, curious as to what the hell had been transpiring.

"I am sorry to have accused you of anything, Miss Amazing! Say..." Lifting his hand to his chin, Harold looked to his left and right then over his shoulders. "Let's say, you give me, I don't know, an autograph and I walk away like none of this happened!?"

Looking to Naga once more, Meagan lifted her eyebrow and simply nodded. "It's a deal!" She responded, approaching Harold.

Death Forest[]

After the interaction with Marine Captain Crabbe Harold, Meagan finally reached the Aokigahara. Once she docked her ship, Meagan headed stepped upon the forest's land. Just as her foot touched the soil an ominous sensation crawled down her spine. Though, despite the thrill, she couldn't help but smile. She'd traveled on the sea before but never had she gone out on a journey by herself.

Dusa and Tina were super overprotective of the girl, Dusa more than Tina considering she had to live with the woman. Dusa had a load of things that restricted Meagan from traveling on her own, but after the Black Widows lost control over Amazon Lily, everything seemed to change. Meagan thought about the fate Amazon Lily had been facing recently. Everything made her stomach turn upside down to the point she wanted to vomit.

Naga rubbed its head against Meagan's cheek. "It's okay!" Naga's soft voice cheered. "We're on this journey to reclaim the land, Meagan! No need to be sad and think about the negatives, you are the positives to our future. Never forget that!"

Heading shaking, Meagan smiled once more. "You're right Naga! Sorry to even show a sign of weakness." Arms stretching, Meagan revealed to not be wearing her Miss America armor.

Leaping from Meagan's shoulder, Naga began to fly in the air around her before taking a seat on her head. "Um, Mea, where do we go now?" The snake asked, looking left and right to get a grasp of its surroundings.

"I actually don't know." Meagan began, twirling her single braid over her shoulder while mimicking the actions of Naga in attempts to figure what there was to do next. "The map doesn't show us how to get around this forest," pausing she looked up at the gigantic pine looking trees. "It feels so ominous... gives off the feeling of death." Meagan's face turned pale at the thought, it rubbed her the wrong way, but she was strong.

Gulping, Meagan took her first step inside the forest. While she had been uneasy, she knew that her superiors at Amazon Lily wouldn't steer her wrong. They mentioned, that within this forest, laid the power she would need in order to reclaim and protect Amazon Lily. And for that simple fact alone, Meagan would risk her life. Plus, after that, there was someone she needed to meet."

Upon entering the forest, Meagan and Naga meet with a ton of animals and the once bright sky had been plagued by darkness. Despite being of different species, they all had the eyes of a killer. A horrendous glare with deep dark red pupils. Hesitant, Meagan stopped. "Why are their eyes red?" She asked Naga, but the snake had no answer to her question.

Growls, barks, snickers, howls, and hisses could be heard all around the forest with Meagan and Naga standing in the middle. Quickly turning her head, Meagan tried to pinpoint the general location of all these noises, but because they were coming from everywhere it had been extremely difficult. "Snakes, wolves, birds, and even more..." She whispered. Eyes closing, Meagan slammed her hands together and a soft shockwave had been born from her two palms.

"Please," She began, speaking almost through telepathy. "I mean no harm, I have come here to simply get to the center of this forest." What she'd been doing was speaking to the other animals, allowing them to hear her voice through a unique form of telepathy.

The growls and other noises got louder almost as though her words angered them. "Yeah right!" One of the animals barked back. "WE DON'T GUIDE YOU HUMANS TO THE CENTER OF OUR SACRED FOREST!" The same animal exclaimed, shouting whilst unleashing a wave of wind which blew Meagan back slightly.

Hands lifting up and eyes widening, Meagan stepped forward. "No! Please, I am a member of the Kuj-"

"You despicable beings only come here to destroy and try to kill the Queen," From the trees, the animals all lunged at Meagan from various angles. "WE'LL KILL YOU BEFORE WE LET YOU TAKE A STEP FURTHER INTO THIS FOREST!" The first to take a strike was a white-furred Wolf, swinging at Meagan with its front paw.

Lifting her arm, Meagan blocked the Wolf's strike while receiving a cut from its claws along her forearm. "Arrg!" She grunted, leaping backward while trying to hold onto Naga with her other hand. "This won't be a cake walk... if they attack you will HAVE to fight back." The voice of Dusa echoed in her psyche. Standing straight up, Meagan wiped off her forehead.

"That's right, mother!" The young Kuja stated, dashing forward at the Wolf. Drifting around to the Wolf's side, Meagan straightened her hand and gave the beast a karate chop at its neck knocking it completely unconscious. Yes, Meagan possessed both speed and strength behind normal comprehension thanks to her upbringing as a member of the Kuja Tribe.

Smiling widely, Meagan took up a stance which involved her squatting with one foot out in front of the other. "I don't want to fight," Bring her left arm up behind her and her right hand in front of herself, Meagan took on her full fighting stance. "But, I have to get to the center of this Forest to meet with the queen and I'll take anyone who wants to stand in my way." For the first time, Meagan had a bit of resolve in her voice and seemed rather firm with it.

"Mea Mea, somethings coming!" Naga warned.

"WOO WOO WOO WOO!" Chest bangs could be heard in the distance, "WOOO WOOO WOOO! You can't come to Aokigahara and claim you mean no harm, yet attack us!" The voice came swinging through the trees and as it did. Crashing into the ground dust and debris filled the area.

Squinting her eyes to protect herself from the debris the Kuja kept her fight stance up. "I came and asked for your help in guiding me through this forest. He attacked me first and I've been taught that," Throating clearing, "'If someone hits you, you beat the shit out of them'." She ended, altering her voice so that she sounded like Tina.

Chest banging once against the debris cleared and there stood an ape that had been about two feet taller than Meagan, causing the teen to look up at it. "WOO WOOO! I admire you and agree, but as Gokuo, the -keeper of the outer layer of this forest... I can not allow you to proceed. However, because of that look in your eyes, I will allow you a fair offer." Beating on his chest again, Gokuo smiled. "WOO WOOO WOOO! If you are able to defeat, I will guide you to the Kween."

Meagan smiled back at Gokuo and stiffened her stance. Naga leaped into the air so that it could levitate over her and remove any restrictions that Meagan would have been limited by. "So I can fight you, beat you, and you'll guide me straight to the queen? Good, now I don't have to walk around aimlessly. Thank you Mr. Gokuo!"

"Your fearlessness to lift a finger at one of this Forest's beast is the only reason why I'm allowing this! WOO WOO WOO!" The monkey shouted, dashing at Meagan using his hands to help increase his speed.

Lowering her own stance, wind began to gather around Meagan's index and middle fingers which had been connected to one another and compressed around them like wraps. "Wind Fist," She waited for Gokuo to get within a certain range and once he did, she made her move. Spinning in a full three hundred and sixty-degree spin. Then, she lunged forward at the oncoming monkey swaying with each of her movements, her feet lightly tapping against the ground. Despite her soft movements, she moved with great speeds almost as though she traveled with the wind itself.

Her moves presented elegance and grace, something like a swan which caught a dazzling eye from the ferocious beasts that hid in the trees of the forest. Thrusting forward with her front arms fingers, she shot off a stream of compressed wind. With a simple sidestep, Gokuo dodged her linear strike closing the gap between the two much faster.

"WOO!" Gokuo shouted, lifting his fist before it became ignited flames. "Hiken!" He shouted, aiming his fist directly for Meagan's chest. Despite such a monstrous attack, the monkey had no true intentions of killing the girl. I mean, he did like her after all.

However, Meagan noticed the flaw in his strike. She could feel that it was weak through the change of the wind that gathered around it. Following Gokuo's thurst, the concept of time slowed down around her allowing her to dodge the primate's fist scorching her cheek as she did, but opening up a chance for her to land a direct blow.

Though, unlike the primate who used his closed fist to strike the teenage girl, Meagan struck him with her two fingers landing a hit right on his shoulder joint. Leaping back, the two reopened the distance between each other to recollect their thoughts. Arm dangling, Gokuou looked to Meagan who'd been wiping the side of her cheek that had gotten struck by Gokuo off.

"WOO WOO!" Goku began, though this time he couldn't bang on his chest like the monkey he was. "My left arm, I can't use it!" Clenching his shoulder, Gokuo's eyes widened. "Tell me, little miss, what technique is this! I've never seen it before."

Face red, lips curved into a smile, Meagan placed her index finger on her bottom lip. "Um," Meagan lowered her head and twirled her fingers around one another. "Mother Dusa and Momma Tina call it Wind Fist Kenpo because I couldn't decide on a name for it. But, it's a unique fighting style I sorta' created myself."

"No no, Little Miss, I mean how does it work?" He asked, still clinging onto his shoulder.

Naga landed on top of Meagan's head and rubbed its tailed against her burned cheek. "Oh, I kinda uh, gather and compress wind around my fingers and strike. With the compressed wind wrapped around my fingers, I can jam joints to temporarily make them unresponsive." Reaching to her braid, she twirled it around her fingers. "Um, I'm not the best at explaining things, sorry!"

"There is nothing to be sorry about, Little Miss. This is the first time I've heard of a fighting style with such applications and you made it yourself?" Backpedaling to a nearby tree, Gokuo punched it and snapped it in half like a cracker. Lifting the broken half with his right hand, Gokuo aimed the tree at Meagan, where she then took up her battle stance yet again. "Woo, what a unique girl..." He thought to himself while staring at her figure. "Sorry there little miss, but I'm gonna' have to end this with this one arm of mine. Let's see that Wind Fist Kenpo deal with this! Arg!"

Following his grunt, Gokuo threw the fallen tree at Meagan ripping through the air at great speeds and power. As it moved it left a trail of dust behind whilst also ripping the earth and splitting it along its trail.

Calming herself, Meagan inhaled to the point that her stomach flattened. She cleared her mind of all thoughts and synchronized with nature itself. Despite forming a calm demeanor, she kept her eyes on the oncoming tree. Pulling her hands to her side, she spread them apart as though she'd been holding a ball. "Mea Mea, you haven't mastered that technique yet!!" Naga shouted, but because Meagan cleared her mind, she ignored Naga's words.

Rotating her hands around the imaginary ball, a sphere of wind formed in the center of her palms. Unlike her previous attack which compressed the wind around her fingers, this time the wind simply gathered from the nearby area and rotated wildly within her palms. Left eye squinting, Meagan displayed pain from holding the technique. "Kazeha!"

The young Kuja shouted thrusting her hands forward holding her two hands together and opening them like the mouth of a beast, releasing a stream of wind which smashed against a tree and obliterated it from existence. The destructive power of the attack colliding with the tree threw Meagan's body back. Flowing across the ground, Meagan's body bounced like a ball on a beach before she'd hit a tree which stopped her from going any further.

She and Naga had taken a considerable amount of damage thanks to her technique, though had it not been for it, they'd possibly been facing the barrier between light and death from the force of the tree that was thrown at them. Stepping before the duo was Gokuo holding his shoulder. Smiling her stood over Meagan with his monkey hand out ready to lend her a hand.

"I'm sorry, WOOOOO! I didn't get your name what was it?"

"Meagan, Amazon D. Meagan." She uttered, trying to reach out and take the monkey's hand.

"Meagan, eh, little miss? Well, I admire your drive. I will take you to the queen."

Kween the Queen[]

Thirty minutes of traveling through the forest and following Gokuo, Meagan did what she could to hide her hands which had been damaged by the technique earlier. "Kazeha isn't perfected even for use," she began thinking to herself looking at the palms of her hands. "But I can feel that I'm so close!"

With its tail, Naga rubbed across Meagan's cheek once again in attempts to comfort her. As mentioned, Naga was Meagan's longtime companion and as such the reptile could basically sense when something had been troubling her. Though, in this specific situation, he knew that Meagan had been feeling pain from utilizing the technique. "I told you not to use it, Meagan!"

"Are you two ready? The Queen is past this batch of trees..." Gokuo stated, still gripping his shoulder from the attack earlier. Running in front of Meagan and Naga, Gokuo held his hand out and knocked a row of trees over. As he did, a bright lined shined through the opening giving light to the once darkened forest of Yggdrasil.

Meagan and Naga's eyes widened so much that they nearly popped from their sockets. Soon after their jaws dropped as they stared at the scenery before them in awe. Waving his hand, Gokuo signaled the duo to come forward and unconsciously they did. The overall sighting of the center of the forest was beautiful.

It bore bright green grass of a field that spread well over one hundred meters across. Animals filled the grass at each corner, some eating from the trees and others drinking from water. Animals of different kingdoms flocked together and played as though they were brothers, possessing not a single ounce of bad blood for one another.

"It's..." Meagan began, hesitant on completing her sentence because she'd been so astounded by what she'd been seeing. "SO AMAZING!!!!" She screamed, eyes gleaming over the various animals. Running off, Meagan approached the many groups of animals looking at analyzing them all. She'd seen many animals as an inhabitant of Amazon Lily but never had she seen any like this.

Some animals were normal, though as the trio continued with their travels through the center of the forest, she noticed that some were quite different from one other. "Wait..." She sighed, approaching what she thought to be an ostrich though as it turned around she noticed it had the body of an ostrich but the face of a rat. "How'd this happen?" Her question clearly directed for Gokuo. He would be the only one with an answer after all.

"WOO WOO! You mean these animals in the center part of Aokigahara?" Gokuo asked rhetorically. "They are all beings born from the inbreeding of animals of Yggdrasil. This is the sacred forest after all, Little Miss Meagan!"

In awe of the mix breed of animals, Meagan approached different packs. There were wolves with bird faces, snakes with mammoth husk, the list goes on and despite their freaky appearance she fell in love with each of the animals individually. Even Naga joined in on the excitement branching apart from the group to find his own companions to meet face to face.

Noticing their excitement, Gokuo had a task to complete and that was allowing Meagan to meet the Queen of this land. "Come along you two, WOO WOO!" He waved his functioning hand, "The Queen is right over here!"

Running to his side, both Meagan and Naga etched against his back as they walked between an invisible wall. As they walked past the invisible barrier Meagan and Naga eyes widened even more than they did when they entered the center of the forest. At the very center of this area, a giant hailing more than twenty meters tall was none other than the woman Meagan and Naga sought out on their adventure and who would give the girl the power she needed.

The woman turned around showing her face, she was abnormal in the sense that she had been different from any being Meagan had ever seen before yet similar to the many inbreed of animals that were around. She had the ears of an elk, nose of a koala bear, and the body of a tree mixed with a human. Despite being seated on her knees and almost seventy percent body composed of wood, one could see she had the most loveliest of frames.

"I present to you," Goku began, bowing as he spoke with his hand out introducing the creature. "The Queen of Aokigahara, Daddy L. Kween!"

Turning around, Kween smiled and tilted her head to the side giving off an innocent wink that put even Meagan's cute face to shame. "Yo!" She exclaimed, holding onto the leaves of the tree she'd been standing near. "And what have you bought me here, Gokuo my sweetheart."

For a moment, Meagan was starstruck. Yes, she had no idea just what this Daddy L. Kween person was, but most importantly, that name was one that rung bells in her head. Meagan began to pant heavily, dropping her head to the ground her pores opened up to release sweat. The Kuja then dropped to her knees, struggling to keep herself up with her arms.

"This here, my Queen, is Amazon D. Meagan of the Kuja Tribe." Bowing fully, GOkuo dropped his head. "She stated that she has come here to meet with you to acquire a power that would strengthen her abilities."

"Oh?" Kween stated, lowering her upper half to get a good luck at the fallen Meagan. Her eyeball alone was much larger than Meagan as her iris had been linear to Naga who'd been resting on top of Meagan's head. "Then why has she fallen to her knees? If you brought her here, then surely she must've been promisi-"

The action of Meagan standing to her feet cut Kween off mid-sentence. "Wait, that name, Daddy L... Are you by chance related to the Yonko, Legs?" She asked, face still looking to the ground. "If so, can you call her here. I'd like to speak with her."

Smiling, Kween simply lifting her finger and used the back side of it to rub along Meagan small face. "You didn't come here to ask about Legs, little princess." Kween's smile gave Meagan warmth. "You're here for something completely different right now. From your tone, I can tell Legs has done something that hurts you. But that has nothing to do with me, so tell me, what did you come here for?"

Wiping her face, Meagan looked to Kween. "Y-yes ma'am." Her soft voice responded back, brushing off her clothing to properly face Kween. Dropping to one knee, Meagan treated and address Kween as the royalty she was. "I am Amazon D. Meagan, of the Kuja Tribe. I have been sent here by my superiors to claim the power that lies within Aokigahara."

Still smiling, Kween using her fingers to lift Meagan up from her bowing position. "I am Kween, Protector of this forest: Aokigahara and Queen of Watarishima. Stand tall and smile little Princess, if you were sent here by the Kuja folk then you have shown great talent. Though, I didn't think that talent would show itself in the form of a teenage girl. Though, you do remind me of a certain someone a few decades ago. You're just a beautiful as she was. So you've come here to receive the power that the Kuja left here for me to protect. And who might this be?"

Nodding her head, Meagan went on to introduce Naga. "This here is Naga. He's like my best friend!" After introducing him, the snake leaped from her head into her arms for a small cuddle before returning to his position.

"Yes, sorry your highness, I am Naga!" The snake began.

Gasping, Kween also nodded. "Oh, that's how you were able to fight with Gokuo and understand huh? You can hear the voices of the animals?"

The Kuja was confused. She had no idea what Kween had been talking about and that very feeling had been plastered all across her face. "Hear the voices of animals? What do you mean, your highness? Naga's clearly talkin', all animals talk right? Everyone on Amazon Lily can hear their snake's voices and the other animals as well."

"Oh, the Kuja did not inform you.. And how lazy of them to act as though they can hear the animal's voices as well." Sighing, Kween hunched her shoulders. "Meagan, sweetheart, you possess the ability to hear the voices of animals and command them. The Amazonians can not hear their voices, they've been acting like it so you didn't feel alone. I think, outside of Watarishima, they call people like you Beast Tamers."

Even more confused than before, Meagan scratched the back of her head. "Beast Tamer?"

"Ahhh, forget it, sweetheart." Kween ended, holding her hand out in front of her. "You aren't here for a lecture. If you were truly sent by the Kuja, as per instructions of the other little lady, I need for you to show it to me."

Eyebrows burrowing Meagan scratched her head even more. "Show you it?"

"Wow, the Kuja are really... really falling aren't they? Go ahead on, Gokuo, I can handle everything from here." She stated, waving her hand and dismissing Gokuo. "The suit, little princess. In the prophecy," Kween flipped her hand over and along her arm had been a tattoo which reached from her wrist all the way up to her elbow. "The one who comes to see out the power of the wind will come wearing a suit."

"Oh!" Meagan exclaimed, reaching into her pocket and pulling out the gem given to her by Tina. Bringing the gem to her chest, she pressed against it and a cloud of white smoke swallowed her. As it cleared, Meagan emerged dressed in her silver plating of the armor, elegant like a knight of a prestigious kingdom.

Face turning red, Kween shook her hands in a fan-like manner. "OH, MY, GOD!" She shouted, shaking the very land to its core. "It's really you!" Bringing her head down to Meagan's body, her pupils literally changed into hearts. It's been years since I read the comics, but it's really you! 'The one that appears before you will wear the suit that is: Miss Amazing! And even though you are not the one to appear in the manga, you are just as beautiful."

Blushing, Meagan swayed her body left to right. "Aw, I mean, I know nothing of this comic, but your generosity knows no limitations, your highness."

"Little Princess, I mean, Miss Amazing! Can you show me the shield?!"

Quiet for a moment, Meagan nodded. "Um, sure!" Holding her forearm out in front of herself, a shield poofed into existence made of the same metal as the suit she'd been wearing.

"THE SHIELD!" Kween shouted, continuing to fangirl over Meagan's appearance. "It's been DECADES since I've read the comics, Oh my god, oh my god!!! That shield's outside is coated in seastone to subdue any devil fruit user." Kween continued to shout, before ranting to herself. "Wait until Legs sees this, she'll totally be jealous and then I'll say, 'Ha, you can't beat me at everything!'" Looking to a confused Meagan, Kween lifted herself so that she sat straight on her knees.

"Er, em, sorry for my unprofessionalism, little Princess. I think that's the word." Lifting her hand to her chest, Kween broke off a piece of bark from her chest and from her left breast a branch grew.

Eyebrows lifting, "Sorry to intrude your highness, but I have a question." Twirling her braid around her finger and retracting the shield she seemed hesitant to ask the question. "Why is your body, you know, like that?"

"Oh, this is what's been bothering you too?" Kween laughed, "It's nothing to do with any condition." Through the air, an inbreed being landed atop Kween's head. It was an overgrown raccoon with wings. "It's due to my devil fruit, the Musa Musa no Mi. It allows my to turn into anything I consume at will. When I was younger, I fell in love with this forest and because my father didn't want to let me come here anymore, I ate some of the bark. So, that explains the whole body thing."

Hand smalling into her palm, Meagan nodded. "Right, so that explains the animals too!"

"Eh, no not really. They were actually born like that. In fact, I take up other animal features just so these guys could feel normal. They are all like my little children." Kween cheered. "But enough of that," She stated, reaching for the branch that had grown from her chest. Cutting it, Kween split it wide open and reached into it with both of her hands cupping whatever the object was.

In awe once again, Meagan kept her sights on every one of Kween's actions. She had been eager to know just what it was her mothers sent her there to obtain.

Uncovering her hand and bringing it down to the ground, Kween removed her other hand revealing the small object resting in the middle of it. "This here, Amazon D. Meagan, is something that will change your life for the better or worst depending on how you use it. But, upon touching you, I've looked into your soul and saw nothing but good. I know you will take this and achieved greatness with it. This here is a devil fruit, a very specific one given to me by a Queen in her own regard, to protect for the future." Smiling, "It seems that time has come, Little Princess."

Never had Naga nor Meagan seen a devil fruit up close. Using her hand to grab ahold of Kween's giant finger, Meagan leaped into her palm and approached the sitting devil fruit. Bending down, Meagan lifted it into her two hands and stared at it for a moment. At first glance, it took the appearance of green colored pineapple, but once one held it in their hands you'd notice it was nothing close to it. It was not the skin that belonged to a pineapple but instead feathers from a being.

"Wait," Meagan began, surveying the fruit by spinning and flipping it on its sides. "So mother wanted me to gain the power of a devil fruit, but was always reluctant on telling me what they were. I get this feeling of heaviness in the air." Looking up to Kween, Meagan asked her yet another question. "All devil fruits have a name, correct? Would you mind telling me what this one's name is?"

Gracefully, Kween nodded her head. "You have a lot of questions, but it'd be unladylike to give you something without telling you what it is. Especially something like a devil fruit." Clearing her throat, Kween looked to the sky above. "The name of that fruit is the Hebi Hebi no Mi, Model: Quetzalcoatl!"

"Quetzalcoatl? So it's the same model as Mother Dusa's then, but a different variant."

"Yes," Kween nodded once more. "Quetzalcoatl is a mythical zoan devil fruit, that transforms the user into a feathered and winged serpent that can control wind currents and virtually become the master of the skies. I'd like to keep it at that, cause any further would just prolonge this all."

Shaking her head, Meagan held the devil fruit under her arm. "I see.." Meagan stated, continuing to nod her head. "So, it's like Momma Tina stated about this suit.. These powers just allow me to increase my extensive ability to control the wind." Bringing her hand on her chin, Meagan took a moment to think before looking up at Kween once again.

"Sorry, your highness, but I must ask this again because I need answers before I consume this devil fruit."

"Go ahead, little princess."

Titanboa's New Rival[]

"Earlier, your highness, I question if you were related to the Yonko Daddy L. Legs. There's no denying that you are, plus a name like that isn't close to common. So I will ask, where is she currently and would I be able to speak to her." Dropping to her knee, Meagan bowed. "Please, I beg of you, allow me to speak with her."

Quiet for a moment, Kween looked to her left and right and simply nodded. Reaching inside of her chest, she pulled out a Den Den Mushi with sat on her index finger like a little specale of dust. "Fine, but don't be angry with me if she isn't what she's all out to be." Lifting the Den Den Mushi to her mouth, Kween spoke through it. "Legs, little sister, cooooooooome please!"

There was hardly any notice of her arrival, except for the flicker in the air that appeared, as if it was being distorted and merged together. For Kween, or any other person who were close to Legs, they understood that this was but a simple technique; one where Legs began to weave the fabrics of space and time itself. However, for Meagan, this sudden appearance was akin to some unique sorcery.

Legs stepped forward towards Kween. "Kween, please tell me this isn't another one of your random calls again?" she inquired, her voice tired and bored. "This was the one time I was going to take a break today. Isshin has me booked for the next few weeks with meetings and ceremonies and whatever else he could fit in there. I swear, that man doesn't believe in taking time off," she continued.

"Anyway," Legs begun, pointing towards Meagan. "Whose the kid?"

Arms extending, Kween squeezed Legs and hugged her tightly against her semi-wood body. “How come every time you come, you act as though you don’t like see me.” Frowning, Kween squeezed Legs even tighter. “Maybe I just genuinely miss my little sister.” Releasing Legs, Kween crossed her arms over her chest and poked her lips out.

A single hand extending out, she aimed at Meagan. “She’s the girl from the comics we used to read as children.. uh, hm. I’ll let her say she she’s here.”

Unlike when she meet with Kween, Meagan did not have a look of awe when Legs appeared. Sure the sudden appearance of another giant caught her off guard, but just the verification of Legs being there angered Meagan to no avail.

“So,” Megan started, balling her fists. “You’re Legs, the woman who once protected Amazon Lily. I will not waste your time as you claim Kween does, I will get straight to the point. “Legs, why have you not returned to reclaim the land of Amazon Lily from the World Government? Are you not away of the horrendous things the Marines have been doing to our women?”

Legs glanced momentarily at Meagan, and immediately refocused her attention onto Kween.

“Oh yeah, those comics were cool! I can’t even believe you remember those, Kween….shit, how long has it been since I’ve even seen one?” Legs paused momentarily. “You still got them somewhere? I actually wanna take another look during my next day off.”

Meagan’s body trembled once Legs neglected to answer her question. Her eyes began to water because she had no other way to contain her anger. Still holding the devil fruit in one hand, she balled her free hand up into a fist.

“I asked you a question!!!” Meagan shouted, releasing a shockwave of wind that blew anything that wasn’t the two sisters away. The dirt kicked up and the trees knocked over from her outburst. “What did Amazon Lily even mean to you?! Huh, Legs? I can’t believe that she would leave the land in the hands of someone without a heart!”

"Tell me, child. What does these letters read on my hand," Legs responded calmly, allowing Meagan to see the back of her fingers.

Wiping off her legs, Kween sat back on her knees and grabbed the raccoon from her head. Using her hands, Kween couped the beast and then rolled her eyes at her sisters statement. She knew what the letters on the back of her hand read and Legs often used it as a means dismiss the lower beings of the food chain from her presence.

Squinting her eyes, Meagan stepped forward to read the letters before putting them together in one word. “Queen?” She asked, confirming with herself. “Queen, huh? You’re no Queen. Not even close to one! How could you even claim such a title when you won’t even go and claim YOUR land from the enemy.” Meagan’s cute little face had been filled with anger and Kween could see that.

“YOU WONT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE IT!” Lifting her leg, Meagan kicked the finger of Legs that had the letter “Q”, but it would do no damage.

The instant that Megan’s foot touched Legs’ finger, a massive wave of pressure emerged from her sixty-foot frame, infusing the world in a wave of pure power. The earth itself trembled from the sheer force of her will, breaking the wood off trees, crushing flowers and plants with its existence. The butterflies that floated carelessly around this forest collapsed onto the plush, woodlands grass, and other animals that roamed jovially fell unconscious around them.

Meanwhile, Legs’ eyes remained carefully focused upon Meagan. “You dare walk into my domain, demanding obedience? What hubris…”

As if commanded, the world responded to her words. The winds churned into a rampaging storm, summoning forth burst of lightning and clouds.

“Know this child, you exist, because I allow it. And you will be erased, because I command it. Now, I’ll allow you yet another chance, but one more opportunity….If you want to speak the queen, then down on your knees!!”

As the world quaked in fear of Legs’ will, Kween remained unphased. She’d seen this plenty of times and as such, virtually developed an immunity towards being caught off guard by her sisters outbursts. However, while Kween has been neutral against the two parties, she did decide to speak about one thing.

“Legs, do not wake this forest with your will again. I thought we’ve talked about this.” Looking up at the sky, Kween let out a chirp which calmed the earth and the animals of Aoikigahara in one fell swoop.”

Meagan on the other hand fell to her knees just as Legs had instructed. It was not because she wanted to, but because she could not stand to the tremendous power that was Legs. However, she did not possess the will to bow down before someone she did not respect.

Tears falling as she kneeled, she commanded the wind through her knee pads and fended off against Legs’ own force but only managed to protect herself and Naga. Meagan smashed her hand against the ground and continued to cry.

Brow lifting , Kween smiled as she rubbed her hand across the Raccoon’s head. “She’s got spunk.”

“I can’t believe,” Meagan began, punching the earth as though it were her enemy. Her tears flooded into a puddle of muddy grass. “I don’t want another chance from you, false Queen! I can’t believe Tina and Dusa claimed you were a good person.” Head lifting, Meagan laid her ready eyes upon Legs. “HOW DARE THEY CLAIM YOU TO BE A FRIEND AND RIVAL OF MY MOTHER?”

Lifting her body, Kween turn to Meagan. “Wait, friend and rival? Who is this woman you speak of, Little Princess.”

“My mother, my biological mother is Buster D. Amaka, the former keeper of Amazon Lily! She’d never do such a thing as to leave her land in the hands of an enemy!”

“A—” Legs stopped, having calmed her spirit, and by extension the world around her. “A-Amaka’s daughter….No wonder. This all makes so much sense now.”

She stepped forward, kneeling onto one knee to bring herself closer to Meagan. “Stand now. You should have told me that you were her child. Because then that means you're right. I’m not your Queen. Just a replacement, a guardian who promised to protect her people and her lands in her stead. But I’ve failed.”

Legs looked down at the ground. “Just as I’ve failed to protect my own child. I was so preoccupied with my own duties, that I didn’t see the marines coming; I have so enveloped in my own….hubris. But, worry not Queen of the Amazons. I do have a plan to repay the favor to those marines. I just need time.”

Tears rolling down her face like a waterpark, Meagan looked up at Legs with the ugliest face possible. "I'm sorry for your lost, Legs! I'm sooo sorry, I know that I can not help I'm sorry! But, our woman, have been exported, violated, and outright abused by the Marines who land there. I've watched my friends, MY CHILDHOOD FRIENDS BE SNATCHED AWAY BY MARINES AND OTHER PIRATES SENT BY THE MARINES TO DO GOD KNOWS WHAT. We were on the inside, Legs! They sacrificed everything to get me on my journey to get this stupid fruit. To meet you and decide for myself who you were, because they said 'If Legs can't or won't protect us, then you will one day'!"

Meagan couldn't help but take her anger out on the ground she kneeled on. "LEEEEEEGS! ONLY YOU HAVE THE POWER TO STAND ON THAT LAND AND RETURN IT, YET YOU CLAIM YOU ARE BUT A REPLACEMENT?! Dusa and Tina spoke too highly and not once did I get the feeling of you being a replacement! They said, in your primes, there was no woman that rivaled your mights! You two altered islands on a good day and destroyed them on a bad one and her dying wishes were for you to take over everything!"

Huffing and puffing, Meagan stood to her feet. "You raised my brother, that I've never met yet he's been on Amazon Lily a couple of times before, without hesitation correct? Did she, did my mother expect you to be a replacement?"

"I intended for your mother to still be here," Legs replied. "You know, when she left this fruit here, she told me there would be someone who would one day collect it. Which is why I entrusted no one other than my own blood to watch over this forest, with the intent to ensure this fruit got to whomever Amaka wanted it to get to."

She smiled. "Who would've known that she meant her own daughter."

Legs stood up on her feet and begun pacing, like a general stuck in thought.

"Though, I unfortunately can't do much right now. I'm amid two wars. One with the World Government, and another against the Xros Pirates. For me to leave Wano unattended, to travel to Amazon Lily, would open my empire up to attack. But, there is one thing I can do, at least."

She looked back down at Meagan. "I can prepare the Queen for her duties. You know what I mean, yes?"

Too caught up on her tears, Meagan hadn't even noticed the last sentence Legs uttered. All she could do was continue to cry about the fate of her people and how Legs was the only hope. Sure the Kuja had strong warriors bred with the sole purpose of being able to survive on their own. But the Marines had an unlimited supply of soldiers they could throw at the tribe and it began to take a blow at their will.

"Are you listening to me, Legs... they need help they need my help. They need our help as one..." She cried out.

Legs nodded. "I understand what you said, child. But how can you help them as you are right now? The marines have taken from me, the strongest woman in the world, a son and my territories. Even I am powerless at the moment to stop them from harming those I love."

She paused.

"There is no merit in us rushing back to Lily. If I go to Lily, they will send Kurama, Fuyuki, and whoever else they can muster to meet me there. Your mother and I destroyed entire islands whenever we battled. Yet, that was some time ago. I've grown stronger, and so have the admirals. If we met at Lily, the island would be completely obliterated in our ensuing clash."

She allowed those words to resonate. It was truth. The last time that Legs and Fuyuki exchanged mere attacks, El Dorado and the islands around it were forever morphed and changed. She couldn't risk that happening to a place that Amaka had once called home.

"The only way for us to reconquer Lily is to have you do it. However, if you rush back there now, they'll surely kill you. That Devil Fruit, I'm sure Kween has told you what it does....it's a powerful fruit, a mythical zoan, same as mine and your mother's fruit, but they are difficult to master. Which is why, I'll prepare you for your destiny. I'll train you to use your powers to the best of my ability, and then I'll provide you with an invasion force to reconquer your homeland. If you do that, then I can perhaps continue to offer my protection over Lily by pressuring the marines here, in the New World. If they focus their attention there, I'll take their bases, soldiers and allies for myself. I'll turn their resources into my resources."

"For some reason," Meagan paused, wiping her tears away with her forearm."I feel bad for blaming you for all of this. Maybe if I hadn't been so weak and actually thought to get stronger, I could stop all of it." Pulling the devil fruit from under her arm, Meagan held it up to her mouth and took a big bite out of it as the tears continued to roll down her eyes. Despite her rather pitiful look, if one looked deeper, they could notice something Meagan had.

Kween stood to her feet as the girl bit into the devil fruit, but all she could do was smile. She'd seen people eat devil fruits in front of her once before, but each time they did she felt her heart being crushed. To her, she felt as though they were curses of Satan, which a human should never have to. But for some reason when Meagan bit into her fruit, Kween felt a sudden warmth in her heart. Like the barricade holding in an over. "Such resolve in those eyes, Legs."

Meagan's face turned upside down. Her eyes squinted and mouth twisted, almost as though she'd eaten something extremely sour. Swallowing, she quickly licked out her tongue and began to scratch it with her fingers. She'd been going through what every other devil fruit eater had gone through and that was the disgusting taste in exchange for power.

"No!" She continued to cry. "I don't want any of your men, I don't want to be selfish like that, Miss Legs!" Meagan exclaimed, finally addressing Legs with respect. "I want you to make me into a strong warrior like you! I wanna' be strong like my mother, I want to go and protect and reclaim Amazon Lily and Rusukaina myself!"

"Perfect!" Legs exclaimed happily. "I guess we have no choice now to get you stronger. But if you're going to survive against me...." Legs paused and looked around.

"Yeah, Kween. Here, help her train for a bit. If she's going to survive my training, she's going to need to build herself up a little bit first. After she's successfully mastered what she needs to master, send her to Wano. On her own. Make her find me, make her weather the storms necessary to get there, and then I'll finish her training."
