"Undead Doctor" Frankenstein Victor is an underworld broker and doctor acting as the leader of Hospital Macabre. He is a former member of the Remnants of the Revolutionary, but his role in the group was unclear, being associated with Lewis and his husband, Hugo. After the downfall of Necro Nevis and the dissolution of the Monster Pirates, he provides medical help to some of its former members as an ally of the Night Parade.
