Hioshida Mika (Japanese:ヒオシダ ミカ, English: Hioshida Mika)\. She is now the scholar and navigator of The Birds of Prey. She was adopted by Kuro after she found her in the cold mountains of Muri Village. She is considered a top tier specimen by navy scientist due to her odd devil fruit ability
She was formerly a Navy Captain. Under the command of her foster father Vice Admiral Kuro, both of them and many other navy troops resided in the now disbanded G-12. Her devil fruit ability being the sole reason Kuro got promoted in the first place. She left after Kuro was executed due to supposed 'crimes' and is now on the run from the Navy

For her age, Mika is remarkably tall. At 5'11 she stands with a slim non-muscular build with an hourglass figure. She has a slash mark tattooed onto her arm (An homage to her early life filled with animals).
