Hippo Campus, sometimes called the Grand University (総合大学盛大 Sougoudaigaku Soudai?) is a government-controlled university made up of schools that teach a variety of subjects in Paradise. It is a place for scholars and like-minded people. Due to the dangers of passing on classified information, Hippo Campus is monitored by the World Government. They dictate what information can be shared and what information can't be shared. When satisfied with their studies, many scholars go on to become professionals in their fields and offer their services to those in need or become marines.
