Kazuya Tomohiro also known as Tomohiro "The Mystic", Master Tomo (by his students) or simply Tomohiro, is a traveling Koala Mink shaman and informant for the Revolutionary Army. He is also the current user of the Misu Misu no Mi devil fruit. He travels in a small one-man pontoon and is said to appear to travelers who are lost at sea both geographically and mentally. He left his homeland of Zou at the age of 8 years old after feeling there was nothing there for him and set out to sea with the hopes of becoming a pirate. It wasn't until he ate his devil fruit and gained wisdom beyond his years did he begin his spiritual journey of healing and enlightening others in any way he could.
