At base, this fruit allows its consumer to transform into a Golden Poison Frog and a hybrid between the consumer's species and a Golden Poison Frog.
By transforming into a Golden Poison Frog, the consumer is able to decrease their size and thereby fit into places that were too small for them to fit into before. The consumer also becomes one of the most poisonous, if not the most poisonous, creatures in the world!
By transforming into a hybrid between a Golden Poison Frog and his or her species, the consumer is able to augment both his or her physical capabilities and his or her size. The consumer will also gain the ability to exude a batrachotoxin-based poison from his or her sweat glands. With just a single gram of the poison, the consumer is able to kill as many as 15,000 humans! And the consumer is able to exude as much as 1340 grams! So the consumer is able to exude enough poison to kill as many as 20,100,000 humans!
With some training, a consumer is able to assume a variety of Golden Poison Frog-based forms. In addition, as the consumer grows stronger, all of the consumer's forms will grow strong as well. If the consumer is an average human, the consumer will be able to assume the form of the average Golden Poison Frog or an average Golden Poison Frog-hybrid. But if the consumer is a superhuman, the consumer will be able to assume the form of a super Golden Poison Frog or a super Golden Poison Frog-hybrid! As such, no matter how powerful the consumer becomes, the consumer will always be able to augment his or her physical capabilities with this fruit's power!
