Kobachi Kingdom is an article written by FlowGoer.

The Kobachi Kingdom is a kingdom located high up in the White Sea at a height of approximately 17,000 meters. The kingdom itself is located on a gigantic, floating lake that is contained within a massive cloud formation that is shaped like a bowl. Thus the kingdom is also sometimes referred to as Fishbowl Kingdom (金魚鉢王国, Kingyobachi Ōkoku?).

The kingdom’s capital city is located on the surface of the lake, while several smaller towns and villages can be found inside the lake itself within large air bubbles and domes. The kingdom is mostly populated by fish-men and various kinds of sky people, as well as some humans.

Layout and Locations[]

The Kobachi Kingdom is notable for the fact it is essentially located within a giant, sturdy formation of clouds that is shaped like a bowl. Said bowl of clouds is completely filled up with water all the way to the top. The capital of the kingdom is located on top of the giant lake, while there are a handful of smaller towns and villages within the lake. Either located inside giant air bubbles, or on the inner rim of the cloud bowl.

A simplified illustration of what the kingdom looks like

Makizushi is the capital city of Kobachi Kingdom that is located on an island floating on top of the surface. The island isn’t stationary and randomly floats around on the surface of the giant lake. It is the only location on Kobachi Kingdom that isn’t located underneath the surface of the lake itself. It is the largest city with the biggest population and also serves as the living place of the kingdom’s royal family. Floating near Makizuchi is an incredibly tiny, neighboring island that is almost completely unpopulated, being covered mostly in cherry blossom trees with its only structure being a single, small shrine.

At the very bottom of the lake is a submerged town called Temaki. It is most notable for its contraption that opens a small hole in the giant cloud bowl that holds all the water of the kingdom. It is used to create a small waterfall at the bottom of the kingdom to travel down and leave somewhat safely. Upon the contraption's deactivation, the hole created closes itself up again.
