Lahar is a major general of the New Liberation Army and an assistant of Phoenix.
Appearance[]
Lahar is a young woman with pale skin, pale blue eyes, and thigh-length, light blue hair. Her hair is tied up in a long ponytail, which still shows the length of it. She generally dresses in a black jacket with a long collar, pants, and a shirt, with artist gloves, metal piercings on her earlobe and upper ear, and purple eyeliner underneath her eyes.
