Lu Xia a Gerongian from Kano Country. Who deserted his home after taking part in an atrocity committed by their Roppo Navy and being pardoned for the act. Xia couldn't stomach the thought and defected.
After a long time of soul searching Xia stumbled upon members of the Revolutionary Army. Leading him to make a decision to join Their ranks and put an end to the injustice of the world.
Appearance[]
Xia is an average height young man of the Gerongian race. He has spiky silver hair, most of his hair is combed backwards while some bangs hang just over his eyes. With stormy grey eyes to match his overall appearance As a Gerongian, Xia has razor sharp teeth that have grown long enough that they poke out of his upper lip. He keeps them well kept and pristine but the formation of his teeth do give him a somewhat crocodilian appearance.
Hailing from Kano Country, Xia's Garb is reflective of that chapter in his life. Wearing an imperial red colored Hanfu. With golden accents. Custom made to only have one sleeve be present, leaving his light chainmail shirt and arm out in the open. Along with this is a battle worn scarf which ironically enough in its best condition otherwise. The scarf is of a jet black color matching the scales of his Beloved Komodo Dragon.
Equipment/Armor[]
On the Xia's left arm, he wears wheres a Black arm guard made from the scales of A Creature he killed during his time in the Roppo Navy. Keeping it as a token of his accomplishment.
Strapped onto his back. Xia carries two identical Giant Shuriken's. Which he had constructed after his journey of self discovery. Back during his childhood. Xia enjoyed to practice with blade fans. Thus giving him the idea to return to his roots and create a weapon for himself that symbolizes the Deadly beauty of his nature.
Personality[]
Xia is a calm and laid back person, Rarely does he take to anger. Thanks to his bond with his companion. And upbringing withing the Roppo Navy.
He expresses vividly how much he dislikes the lot of pirates and marines for allowing each other to commit heinous acts. Still he is a reasonable person and will see past the titles if it where someone with their head on their shoulders the right way and with a right conscious. Despite his feelings, Xia Isn't blinded by them.
Relationships[]
Xia is always seen with a dragon by his side. At least if someone looked close enough. The animal has jet black scales and is of a shockingly small stature. Which helps it blend in with the scarf Xia keeps with him. Unknown to him the Komodo like his scarf are remnants of his mother who's own Komodo gave birth at the same time. Making them not only the same age. But Twins in a way.
Powers and Abilities[]
Xia was already born stronger than multiple humans at their peak, as a Gerongian. But it was thanks to his upbringing by those who serve in the Roppo Navy of Kano. He has achieved levels of strength and Spirituality that far surpass over a hundred men. He has also gained an understanding of Haki at a young age thanks to His races high levels of spirituality paired with long hard training.
Martial arts[]
Being brought up by warriors and martial artist. It was no surprise that Xia took up the same path. Utilizing Hōtobukyaku, a style native not only to his region. But one that created the basis of his own personal fighting style later down the line.
When he left the Roppo Navy, Xia Took time to hone his skills and Find out A path for himself. Leading to the Creation of his own Fighting Style fueled by His past.
Shuriken Style: As a child Xia would often practice Blade Fan forms. Which cultivated an interest in the quick and complex movements. After his defection, Xia had a pair of Giant Shuriken created to be his new weapons. Using the principles of the blade fans. He is nimble on his feet and pairs the two weapons with his experience in Hōtobukyaku to create a style that makes him almost never have to touch the ground if he does not wish.
Cloud Stepping: A technique similar to that of the marines Geppo, Xia generates strong motions with his legs that cause solid pockets of air. However he focuses on quicker more finite movements. Allowing him to Run or even walk through the air with ease. Xia has shown such mastery of the skill he is able to change how shallow his steps are to allow him to preform the action on different surfaces such as Water or walls.
Power Of The Dragons Spirit[]

Being a Gerongian, Lu's body temperature is of a much higher degree than many other races. Its this Evolutionary trait that allows him to utilize The Power of the Dragon's Spirit. A martial Art Created by his race To generate heat for self defense. Xia learned of this ability when a Citizen of Kano Through A Torch on him. In self defense he instinctively absorbed the flames into his being. Before outputting them in a much larger quantity thanks the areas naturally hot climate. The act opened his eyes to the unnatural power and Pushed him to use it further.
Xia while being self taught in the Gerongian skill. Can generate orbs or Even Blast of fire. Along with this he is able to store heat within his own body and to a larger degree than normal Gerongian's due to being brought up in a region that Has a naturally Scolding Climate. Even when he went to discover himself, Xia took up residence in an active volcano, Because everywhere else outside of his home was Cold. Though he still has a limit to how much he can take. One side effect for using the skill too much is that it drains his body heat to the eventual point where it is the same as a normal humans. Leaving him unable to use it until his internal heat returns to normal.
Blood Rage[]
Although Xia is a calm person, for it being Gerongian nature. He has tapped into the power of Blood rage once before in his life. Due to his Inherent nature though. Xia Very rarely gets pushed to the edge in such manner.
Haki[]
Xia achieved Haki at a young age due to his naturally spiritual nature and the teachings of the Roppo Navy. He has shown the most proficiency with Busoshoku stemming from his natural high heat tolerance which plays a part in His Haki usage.
History[]
Backstory[]
Xia was born on a slave ship through the process of parthenogenesis. Out of her wanting to produce a child who could carry on her lineage but was forced to resort to the method. Some of the newer prisoners (Members of the Roppo Navy) Plotting an escape. His mother struck a deal to have them take him with them. Unfortunately through all of the Chaos she was killed Leaving Xia with the Roppo as they sailed back to their homeland after victory.
Xia grew up in the region of Qin. Located within Kano Country. And was raised the Warriors lifestyle. From a young age he Joined the Roppo Navy's ranks and embarked on their adventures earning him great levels of strength and experience.
Upon His last voyage, Xia's unit committed an act that he saw as pure Terrorism and Heinous. But when he found out they would be pardoned for the crime due to Kano's relationship with the World Government. Xia was Disgusted with how either side would just ignore what they had done. It was that that pushed him to Defect from not only the Roppo. But to Flee the country as well. Xia took up residence in an active to do soul searching before he left and sought out The revolutionary army to fix the corruption in the world.
