Nandun Christ Roarius, more commonly known as "Flash God" or his alias Shirubākyatto, is a Marine, holding the rank of Vice-Admiral.
Roarius became a Marine at a young age, enlisting at only 13 years old. He proved to be a capable Marine warrior and over the years proved his incredible strength and took down the incredible pirate, Sparrow D. Jack without the assistance of anyone else. Even as a Marine, he opened up a business to assist children who think about descending into piracy or try to oppose the government in extreme ways, encouraging them to become Marines and fight for justice in the world. He gained his epithet from this, being labeled as The Flash God due to his flashy and abnormal ways of switching kids from unruly and unjust youths to honorable and respectable young human beings.
Roarius is the creator of the Art-Style, an incredibly powerful fighting style that focuses on brutal but calculating attacks. He hopes to spread this fighting style throughout the Marines and has already spread it relatively far in the North Blue, opening his own dojo with many students who later became low-ranking Marines. Roarius is also the current owner of the cursed blade, Geijutsu-Teki.
He is a mentor and has mentored Marines such as Neptune D. Alaris, Starmie, Arizon, and Moloch L. Anchor.

Physical Features[]
Roarius is a tall and attractive dark-skinned man with a slim yet decently muscular build, with a very lazy expression on his face most of the time. He has brown eyes which can be seen mostly when he removes his glasses, being considered to be majestic and amazing to stare into. He styles his thick hair in sort of an afro with three individual puffs with shaven sides that are colored green, something that makes him stand out from others.

Roarius doesn't wear the typical Vice-Admiral clothing and wears a sleeveless white vest with his dojo's symbol on the back of it and the kanji for justice inside of the coat. He wears a black martial arts uniform with lime green lining inside of it which pops out of the chest area, a white sash, and a pair of baggy black pants that were a gift from Rudy. His choice of footwear is certainly an odd one, usually wearing a pair of green slippers with gold lining on the inside that pops out slightly. His trademark is his pair of gold-framed sunglasses with light blue lenses which were given to him during his captain promotion years ago.

Roarius' main personality trait is his extreme flashiness and commitment to anything he sets his mind to, always striking poses while in battle and singing a tune despite being in a major battle which most of the time gets in his opponent's head and screws their rhythm up which works to his own advantage.
Roarius is an incredibly joyful man, not making much of a fuss about anything and smiles the most while in battle. He almost never frowns and when he does, it's out of either shock or realization of something and is almost never anger. His joy attracts many of his students to him and makes them want to be exactly like him which assists the Marines immensely. His happiness is not something to be taken advantage of as when anyone tries to push him too far, he'll be forced to intimidate him with his title which is something he doesn't like doing very often.
Roarius is extremely impatient when it comes to serious things such a battle and dislikes when opponents try to stall the battle, being one of the only things to make him frown ever. The fact that he lacks patience sometimes leads to him rushing into battle, but not without thinking two steps ahead while attacking the opponent. This sometimes also leads to him saying reckless things while in an important conversation but never are too bad, meaning that he doesn't get scolded as much.
