The New Liberation Army is an military organization turned Revolutionary Group that was founded and led by Phoenix.
Originally birthed on Skypiea as an opposition to the tyrannical rule of God, the group has since expanded across the Blue Sea seeking to spread their ideals across the world following the banishment of Phoenix from the White Sea. Like The Revolutionary Army of old, the New Liberation Army are particularly against the World Nobles of Mary Geoise who control and benefit from the corruption of the World Government.
