"Fleet Foot" Rabbit, real name Jack, is a Major General in the New Liberation Army who serves as a scout, specializing in reconnaissance and espionage. Having witnessed the atrocities brought about by the World Government in their crusade for "justice", Rabbit abandoned his identity and took up the mantle as a crusader against the corruption of the world. At some point in his journey, he crossed paths with Phoenix and joined her organization, believing they share a similar goal.
