Saint Marlon (マーロン聖 Māron Sei?)[1] the "Politician" (政治家 Seijika?)[4] is a World Noble who resides in the Holy City Mariejois.[3] He is the father of Ferrothorn Solomon and Ferrothorn Braxton.[5]
He has recently been identified as one of the highest-ranking Celestial Dragons and earned himself a seat as one of the Five Elders.[2]
It was later revealed that years ago Marlon massacred the Catellite Family, the family he was apart of.[6]

Marlon's full abilities are unknown, however he was shown to be quite the quick individual, appearing from the shadows then next to the Cipher Pol agents catching Yagami Valor off guard.[7] However, as a World Noble and one of the highest powers within the World Government, Marlon acts as one of the main rulers of the entire World. He, on his own, can summon an Admiral at the drop of a pen. He can also call a Buster Call at any moment.
