The Wild Card, Santorino V. is a member of the Revolutionary Army, having been a member of a number of groups over his time as a revolutionary. Formerly operating under the groups known as The Birds of Prey and the Tea Party. Recruited to the Birds after aiding the former commander Shinko after a failed mission where he encountered him wounded in an alley. Upon discussing the prior events, Santo shared his own personal resentment against the World Government and Marines, swaying his hand to ally with this stranger, though his memory pertaining to the reason for his hatred has been long gone. Santo joined the Tea Party after a relatively joyous encounter with its founder Tenjou where the pair wreaked havoc to a small naval base with ease, later founding the Tea party for its extremely short duration of existence. As of 1584, he resides with the Yellowbeard Pirates after being recruited as a doctor by their captain.
Santo was diagnosed with paranoid disassociation during his adolescence, forcing a skewed perception of reality that was only exaggerated by the nature his devil fruit, this has delved to unimaginable depths, often leaving him to try to differentiate fact from fantasy.
Santorino ate the Shiryo Shiryo no Mi making him a Sight person. This ability alone has helped him immensely in his profession as a doctor, though over the years has assisted heavily in his more unpredictable antics.
Santo's last known bounty is 
32,000,000, though it is unknown if it has grown since becoming a pirate.
Appearance[]
Santo has light red hair that naturally points upwards, light green eyes, and a rather feminine facial structure. His typical attire resembles that of a jester, often being the focus of curious eyes wherever he wanders. He is very fair skinned, often having small symbols (mostly hearts, stars, spades, etc.) placed on his cheeks. Santo has a very toned build, giving the assumption he is able to adequately handle himself in combat. His voice is almost alto in range, almost always with a higher inflection caressing off of the end of every sentence.

Santo can take nothing seriously, ever. Every situation encountered, he reduces it to whatever seems entertaining to his at that moment. Santo is very vocal about his beliefs, often seen as a troublemaker of sorts. Due to his overwhelming urge to ridicule others for their inability to do specific tasks and just overall, or a simple defeat in combat. In addition, He's often been described as a masochist, He's a very brash individual, making his opinion heard at all opportunities, often containing sly remarks. He thrives on combat and views it as just entertainment, specifically the looks of fear and determination.

Endurance[]
Santorino has been through many difficult battles, returning more bruised than the last. Though, Santo uses the art of Kyusho Jitsu to revitalize himself, acceleration natural healing. He is able to take a good deal of base damage and as a result, can be seen subduing stragglers from his covert missions.
Dexterity/Stealth[]
Santorino has adequate strength, but in comparison to his companions is a lower level threat in terms of strength. Still able to lift up to twice his body weight, he is very light on his feet and as dexterous as they come. Able to easily sneak in and out of most places without being noticed, he is among the more covert operatives in The Birds of Prey organization. Using his devil fruit ability, Santo is easily able to fine blind spots in most opponents field of vision.
Kyusho Jitsu[]

Santo is extremely proficient in the art of Kyusho Jitsu. Due to his knowledge as a doctor and his devil fruit granting him the ability to see inside a persons body, his nonlethal destruction currently is devastating as it is currently, while his potential could be next to none. Kyusho Jitsu is a pressure point oriented combat style, that specializes in the disabling and immobilizing a target. Santo has progressed his mastery of this style to the point of using all of the basic techniques, along with 'Life Sacrifice': Rising energy. The use of the Life Sacrifice techniques drastically increase the speed, strength, and durability in exchange for a set amount of the users remaining life.

Santo carries a longevity of various knives, med kits, medicines, and traps. His preferred way of fighting is bare hand combat, but he still carries two quarter staves in the event he needs to keep his distance.

Intelligence[]
Vastly intelligent in all things medical and practical use. He often formulates plans to assist his allies in advance to ensure everyone understands the task at hand as well as the risks.

Santo comes off as arrogant and opinionated. He believes he is consistently right and others are stupid not to listen to him. His devil fruit is a very tactically driven fruit, causing him to be on the weaker end of the spectrum in comparison to his allies.
Devil Fruit[]

Santorino ate the Shiryo Shiryo no Mi making him a sight person. This fruit gives him the ability to see through objects as well as into objects. He uses this to scout from miles away, and has honed his usage to the point of identifying what muscles contract in combat in order to anticipate incoming attacks. He is able to hone his sight to scope out and visibly see the inner workings of destinations from miles away, greatly enhancing his reconnaissance skills. Being able to see through objects helps him pick locks, locate specific items, and even gauge a number of hostile entities. Santo uses his devil fruit to further enhance his efficiency in his medical practices as well as in a combative circumstances and reconnaissance. Understanding specific symptoms of what the patient is experiencing, then gazing into their body to identify the direct source.
Techniques/ Usage[]
This is also used in unison with his combat style of choice, Kyusho Jitsu, which relies heavily on understanding the use of pressure points. With the ability to see the point and anticipate movement, Santo uses this to his advantage regularly in combat, rendering his opponents immobile and unable to defend is his preferred approach to combat.
