The Storm Cat Pirates (嵐ねこパイレーツ, Arashi Neko no Kaizoku) are a Pirate Crew that originated from the West Blue, however contains members from various different areas. The crew is lead by Odelia Jacqueline, a young pirate with the goal of one day becoming the Pirate King. The crew's name originates from the storm like personality of their captain whose devil fruit revolves around becoming a feline.
They are considered both allies and rivals towards the Green Mask Pirates as Jacqueline has built a friendship/rivarly with Hunter D. Tyson.
