Varuna Souzan (ヴァルナスーザン Vu~aruna Sūzan?) is a member of the Iron Legion, holding the position of Dux of the VIIth Fleet within Midium's armed forces.
A rather infamous man both for his standings in the Iron Legion and his Three-Eye Tribe lineage, Souzan is deputed primarily to jobs pertaining through indoctrination and subjugation of objects and people, having eaten a Devil Fruit, the Bura Bura no Mi which has transformed him in a Branding Human capable of imposing his will onto the surrounding. He has acquired a job as "caretaker" in the Devil's Playground, being his master one of its most prominent stockholders.
