The Voice of Change (変化の声 Henka no Koe) is a Revolutionary Organization founded by the former slave Ivailo Harcourt and famed radio station hostess Gina Gold. They aim to rectify the current state of the World Government, using Gina's radio station, Day Break, to persuade the masses to join them in their cause.
